In my personal opinion..... What he did, as disgusting as it is, is still 10x less bad than *actual* (penetrative) rape. Think about it... This case involved hundreds of millions of $$$ that were paid out to hundreds of victims. Was what he did *truly* that horrible or was it blown way out of proportion after the girls realized how much money they could get out of this..?

I'll never understand why Monica continued to believe she'd be brought back to the White House after he broke up with her. I've watched this a few times and it's very revealing about Nassar's thought process. He talks a lot about 'feedback' from these girls and women. 'Real-time feedback'. Clearly he had convinced himself that they were enjoying, or at least participating in, his activity on the massage table. He thought that as long as they didn't object, he was in the clear to continue, that they were in some way giving him permission. That's why he keeps going on about feedback being a 'protective mechanism'. He was lost in his own fantasy.

The lack of forethought and just basic logic is shocking… what is this? The manifestation of narcissism is so high in this individual that it inhibited the development of his prefrontal cortex?
