What’s the purpose of putting them in freezer before frying ?
Is optional but I like to let dry a little bit before I put them to fry so many years I have been making egg rolls and I have been noticed that after finish wrapped the egg rolls then we put in freezer for a while and when we took out to fry the egg rolls seem more crispier
