If visa is issued by Slovakia, your final destination should be Slovakia but you can be as transit from any other Schengen country where your immigration take place and no immigration in Slovakia according to my knowledge.
@@dharmeshgandhi9160 right sir ✅ but Final Destination = country in which you'll spend majority days of your Schengen area trip (on paper). If EU wouldn't have been avenging against Indian tourists in the post Russia-Ukraine War world, they would've opened appointment slots in a lot more countries (other than Slovakia for East Europe)
I could explain this whole situation probably under 3 minutes. Too much unnecessary details. You guys made basic mistakes. Always keep error margins while you make a travel plan.
@@niaz.shovon Appreciate your feedback 🙏
U did visa from the country u won't travel in schengen . That is a big mistake
@@AlickSengupta It’s not that simple :) How do the Airport officials know in advance we will not travel to the country that gave us Schengen visa (Slovakia)? We had all the bus, hotel bookings to show we will be traveling to Slovakia! And landing directly into Slovakia is not possible from New Delhi - at least 2 places one had to change flights (last year). Problem was of weird restrictions imposed by Europe after Covid & esp from transit hubs like DXB to silently punish Indians after the Russia-Ukraine war Unavailable Visa appointment Slots from Indian cities is a similar punishment by Europe (for siding with Russia)
One question can we use airport lounge in layover time without transit visa.?
@@sachinagrawal3649 In the arrival area of the transit, there are hardly any airports having Lounges. But in the transit departure area, you will find Lounges that you can use (without requiring transit visa) at major international airports 👍 Although in our case, we just weren't in that mental state while transiting from T2 to T1 to T3 of Dubai - trying to find the right flight to Budapest / Prague / Belgrade

thanks for your kind words 🙏
These problems are very common with low cost airlines. It is better to spend more money and go with full service carriers for peace of mind.
@@romitkatdare true; learnt the hard way
Sounds like lack of research
@@TyLer-dd3im lack of research into changed post-Covid19 travel rules..
I tried to follow the story as much as possible (I missed some parts that were in Hindi). What a mess! I general, I avoid self transfer flights for this exact reason. Because both flight operators do not know about each itinerary, they might consider your stop as a final destination.
@@ye6207 well said 🙏
Hungary border officials allow you entry because you were travelling on bus and from serbia first hungary comes and then Slovakia so it make sense that you first enter hungary and then Slovakia from airport you can land anywhere thats why they didn't allow you. Secondly if you are denied an entry airlines face huge fines to bring that passenger and at the airport there is no way you can return from that country without taking the flight if you say I dont have money then the airline brought you have to make your return arrangements and in bus there is no fine they can deny you and bus will leave without you and say make arrangements your self and return to serbia
Valid points boss 👍👍
Jab bagair research ke gavar log travel karein toh aisa hi hota hai pehle toh Air India ne bagair Visa board kese karne diya to UAE lol 😂
Schengen Visa toh tha na! Delhi - Dubai - Paris ki flight ke liye UAE visa nahi chahiye hota na bhai- if not exiting the airport

You are right wizzair staff was wrong to deny you boarding, sue them.
After hardly working anyways? Sorry but this is nonsense.

My god... This is really a strain of unlucky events... Very sorry you had to go through this 🙏🏽 especially with child this all os just an incredible exhausting journey
appreciate your empathy 🙏 yes, it was a harrowing experience indeed
It wasn't clear if Slovakia which gave you Schengen Visa was part of your complete Schengen trip. Even if it was were you spending the maximum days in Slovakia during this trip or not. If not there are definite chances of boarding being denied.
The on-paper itinerary (with booking proofs) had Slovakia only as the country where max days of the trip were to be spent. That's why & how the Schengen visa grant was made possible from Slovakia in the 1st place (at a time when no other country's Schengen visa appointment was open). BUT the Dubai airport folks didn't acknowledge any of it. They only wanted visa to be granted from the country of 1st landing I.e. Hungary. THIS wouldn't have happened if there was no PNR break in Dubai & the Delhi - Middle East - Budapest (Hungary) flight would've been on the same PNR!
Why won't you think to travel to Slovakia.you suffered alot but didn't travel to Slovakia directly who gave U visa.isnt it weird? You searched which country is Visa free for you and then travel to Serbia but not Slovakia why why why? I think it's all a fictitious story to make a v log???
@@temoorzafar1 because it is so difficult to travel to Bratislava (Slovakia) from New Delhi - one has to hop airports at minimum 2 places if one wants to reach within a certain airfare budget. If you take just 1 layover, it is extremely expensive. Tourists from Asia do this all the time - e.g. get Schengen from Switzerland, but travel to Italy / Greece / Germany instead
What an ordeal !
Ordeal continues for so many, even 2 summers later:- www.news18.com/amp/viral/delhi-man-loses-rs-3-5-lakh-after-schengen-visa-for-greece-holiday-denied-8875497.html
*why you didn't book a direct flight to slocakia ? Why you wanted to enter Europe through a different country in Europe although your visa entry point is Slovakia? Why you didnt knew about transit visa shit in Europe? Renember this although you dont have or couldn't get a direct flight to Slovakia the eu rule has changed to avoid muslims fron war torn contries taking a refugee for this reson they also flagged india into list* golden rule never travel Europe
all valid points made by you 🙌💯
what a total nighmare. i have travelled several times to schengen area. port of entry has nothing to do with visa issuing country for schengen.
Yes, that was what i was told too - and had experienced myself in 2019. But by 2022, if you're landing into EU from a hub like DXB (after coming to Dubai from your home country, without a UAE visa)- it had become a problem indeed that your port of EU entry is different from Visa issuing Schengen country...
It can happen. It's just bad luck. I just travelled to Spain but got my visa issued from belgium embassy. I didn't face any issue. On top I didn't even go to belgium on this trip. That's why it's SCHENGEN state. You can travel freely anywhere in the schengen state.
@@sahilpandir3586 as it rightly should be 👏👏 Hope you had fun in Spain!! Visa delays season here though now - May - June
Very supportive family, God bless you
thank you sir for the wishes & blessing 🙏
Bhai appka sunke mera Europe ka plan karna hi cancel hora, Kuch ziyada hi headache hai.
Bhai, bas 2-3 baaton ka extra dhyaan rakhiye - dikkat nahi aaega 1. Kaafi advance mein Visa apply kijiye - so that you get Schengen from same country in which you will be landing 2. Beech mein Airlines mat change kijiye - ek hi PNR no. pe jaane ka flight karaiye (even if flight mein beech mein ek hopping ho, but single PNR pe jaane ka flight ho) 3. Visa agar Multi-entry mil jae, toh aur bhi accha
Here is my take on this, just read the description. Yu couldn't swing for any other schenghen country, apart from the mentioned list? Really? I have applied for Austrian student Visa, and still know the basic shit that Newly appointed EU countries like Solvenia, Slovakia, Romania etc have the rule that you must enter EU from that country itself. Did you really not know what transit visa is? And who TF books shit flight like Wizz air? Wizz & Ryan Air are know to be cheap flights, and you can carry only 1 carry on baggage, which has to be small. Did this family in all seriousness not do one bit of research? Also, dubai transit visa takes 2 days, and it is available online, it is an e-visa. You really couldnt get that either?
Appreciate you taking time out for a detailed comment to enrich the community😊 But back in April, May 2022 - immediately after the start of Russia Ukraine War & the first summer holidays post the '20 & '21 washout Covid years - there were actually NO vida slots available for any other Schengen countries!! Traveling to East Europe was coming out to be far more expensive than even West Europe (in the context of global happenings of 2022) - Wizz Air offered good budget travel option. But yea, never travel by Wizz Air. But above all, yes, it was a mistake to incorrectly assume no visa would be required to just move from the Arrival section of the same terminal in DXB to Departure of that same terminal in DXB!
Bhai multi entry easily mil jati h kya ?
Yes, if the applicant's profile is OK & you have ticked the right box (of Multi Entry option) in the application/form

@@Stories2Tell_as An African coming for a conference, can i visit relatives in Germany with my Serbian visa
@@michaelowusu7827 No brother. You will require a Schengen visa to go to Germany from Serbia. There are some agents around the Belgrade Central Bus Station who could arrange not-legal passage to EU. But won't recommend that - you may lose money & still not get through
@@Stories2Tell_ but can u get a Schengen visa from Serbia on arrival
@@michaelowusu7827 On Arrival, not possible - because Serbia is not part of the EU. But once in Serbia, you can apply for the Schengen Visa to visit Germany by going to the Visa Application Office of VFS Global in Belgrade - might take upto 4 days to get stamped on your passport
Sue with all dur respect, Even airlines know ki log kya kya jo hol kar sakte hain hain they know that singles only carry handbags to get cheep flights. To baki ka paisa kaise niklega ? Married or affluent logon se jo handbags mein sab nahi rakh sakte.
Sir, ye Wizz Air airline in particular kaafi haraami hai.. aisa pata chala later from travelers in Dubai, East Europe
Hello , with multiple entry Schengen visa, if I returned back to home country after week trip and then again, next month visit another country, then for every trip do I need to land in country which issued me a visa? Or is it just first time and in later months, again I can restart from home to visit another Schengen area ? Is this correct
No need to worry sir in your case! Multiple Entry Schengen Visa gives you all the flexibility that you mentioned (within the stipulated visa validity duration)
Ye hai hi sutiya video banate time kabhi english kabhi hindi or ise kuch nhi pta visa start nhi hua or ye ticket book kar li isne

Thanks sir! The problem is that the South Asian passports don't hold much value across Western world
It'll be my first time travelling to Schengen. While looking for such hidden issues to ensure my smooth immigration, I've landed on your channel. Honestly speaking, your experience has given me a scare. I have got a single-entry Schengen visa from Austria, even though I had opted for a multi-entry business Visa. Anyway, I have a doubt. My flight booking is through Lufthansa. Chennai->Mumbai-> Munich->Vienna, all under the same PNR. Chennai -> Mumbai flight will be operated by Lufthansa's partner airline, Vistara, while the Munich->Austria will be through another partner, Austrian Airlines. All the flight numbers are as if it's Lufthansa's, starting with LH and having the same PNR. But since the first landing will be in Munich, I suppose immigration will happen in Munich itself. So, will my first point of entry be Germany, then? Will I face any problem boarding the Austrian Airline flight or, for that matter, refused to board the Lufthansa flight to Munich from Mumbai itself?
You are good to Go. When is your flight?
Did you face any issues in Munich as this was your point of entry into Schengen and not Vienna?
Plz if is possible give me your contact i need some more information plz
Great vedio bhai mere pass greece ka pr card hai passport ki tu zrurt nhi perti legal border cross krte time plz reply
PR card of Greece is sufficient for EU 👍 Passport not required ideally - but one can never be 100% confident about these Border Control /Immigration Officials in EU
Single PNR ticket is thumb rule when crossing borders. To be honest ...you took things too lightly. And you are hoping at every step that things will work out.. Remember it’s your holiday, insure it with some prep.
Learnt it the hard way sir! Things weren't this strict / unnecessarily hard before 2020
You should book same airlines for long flight then you didn't have to face this problem 😮
absolutely right sir! lesson learnt the hard way
What the wizz airlines(or whatever that name was) did was horrible and bizarre. How can the official not know the basic rule that it’s the country where you stay the longest issues the visa and even if you try to get the visa from the country where you’re entering first, they would have denied with the same reason and asked you to get it from the one where you’re staying the most?So what exactly happened after this? Did you manage to get any refund? Did you pursue?
They (Wizz Air) finally offered a refund that amounted to only INR 1300/-. I spat it back on their shameless faces.. don't need that. Will never travel with them again - and forever discourage any traveler from doing so!
@@Stories2Tell_ That’s like rubbing salt on wounds. Right decision on your part to not accept such a pity offer. I wish there were an easy way to book such airlines carriers in a court of law and made to be compensated appropriately. The compensation shouldn’t be less than at least 5 times the financial loss to account for the mental harassment as well. Otherwise, they will keep doing the same thing and get away with it.
@@rahuldwivedi4758 appreciate your empathy & unequivocal stand on the matter 🙏😊
@StayHungry_ Sir did you have single entry visa or multiple Entry visa during your this trip?
Schengen is mostly issuing Single-entry visas lately - to those in their 30s traveling with spouse & kid(s)
thanks for helpful video my friend, I have one curiosity, excuse me for I am a "filthy poor" non-EU person... so you say entering by road is easier because they stamp your passport without questions? I intend on overstay 90-days because I could not really find a way to do it, it's just too many "rules" they make it impossible... can I travel by road without worries after these 90 days? will someone check? do they check every single bus? thanks in advance
this entire visa thing makes me so sad... it's been YEARS that I've been delaying my adventure because of nonsensical fears, meanwhile the rules keep changing and getting worse... you can clearly see that all this is a targeted attempt at keeping "the filthy poor" out of their territory
and another question... once I'm inside the territory and I simply stay there, will I be able to find other people that stayed too? without documents... will I be able to meet others and perhaps share accomodation, talk about jobs etc... my plan is to start a small food business, it's like 3-in-1 what I plan to do, but all sales in cash, direct sales, no papers
I'm starting to question if I spend my savings for last 5 years on this plan, when I could pretty much do the same in my country... it's more about the adventure I guess... and higher risks meaning potential for higher rewards earning in Euro, not devalued broken currency.... what would you do?
So those of us who came to Serbia on conference visa, can we visit EU countries before going back , at least to see few friends around
