Bro stop
Don't have to worry about creosote.Build up if you burn it out
Glad these videos started showing up on my feed! Burning hay is something they talked about in the Laura Ingels Wilder books, tying up hay knots is a way for the hay to simulate a wooden log tightly packing it together and lasting longer Keep it up bud
Oh, now I get it why we use hydraulic splitter and not this :D
Pretty awesome. What's a unit like that run?
Insulate your shop, and you could use propane heat for far less money than with that setup. Not too mention all the additional work involved. Remember, time is money when you own a business....
I enjoy it…and we make good money from the views it generates. Hard to make videos about propane heat!
Dutch Mantell jr
Looks good
Thanks Nathan!
This is awesome. I’m glad yall got a break and I’m excited to see the cruiser handles coming!!
👌🏻😎
Love it, yo
Thanks Dude!
Pretty sure an axe is easier and quicker.
Happy New Years to you your family and the crew
How large of a building does this heat? Seems wildly inefficient. A chord of wood per week is insane.
Good luck with the new place it’s great to have new projects
Appreciate it!
This is awesome! I will have to come visit! I plan on retiring in WI or MN! I fell in love with it when my father and I would come visit his car that was being restored near Eau Claire, in Chippewa Falls, once a year for about 5 or 6 years! So awesome! So excited for you guys! It really brings back the nostalgic feel of old hardware stores and awesome Vtg tools! Wish I lived closer I would offer my electrical & construction skills! Would’ve loved to wire you guys up just for the experience of being around other axe heads! GL!
Oh man! Retiring in MN or WI are both great ideas! Thanks for the comment! You will have to come visit sometime
Floors with character are all the rage around here.
Most definitely!!
Don’t blame the machine when the problem stands infront of it
Dude! I’m excited. I may have to try to make it to the open house!
That would be sick!!
Don't use bread, unless your a idiot.
Awfully short
I can’t see the bread tho
What is the brand name of your wood boiler
Hate to guess how much wood he goes through every week let alone every winter ???
ive seen this before grease/oil up the bread while shoving it in then tapping the pilot out pretty smart honestly
that went exactly as I expected it to
Truck for sale 789,000 highway miles original tires must see!!
I smell the smoke
You can also use a bar of bath soap
You have to use pumpernickel
it's definitely rotten, my guy. throw it out and buy a fresh one.
We restore tools for a living. This hammer is worth saving
Is that 4Wheel ing
how does it heat the house.
I hope the dog takes away your alcohol
A cord of wood every week tells me Propane is cheaper
EPA is licking their lips on this one 😂
How is it free heat
Its free beczuse he hasnt hired anyone to put wood in it
@nfra1663 i have an outdoor boiler, and no, it's not truly free. The thing is, i can cut, haul, split, and stack a full years worth of wood for a fraction of commercial energy cost. I also somewhat enjoy the act of cutting and processing firewood. Not for everyone, for sure.
Ok, I've looked through the comments but i cant find the question about what happens during a power outage?
Backup generator. It’s uses very little power. 1/25hp pump and the blower pulls 5 amps if I recall. Many folks choose solar for them.
Chevy would have went to the top.
No,no,no the bread is to make a sandwich for lunch after you get the bearing out !
Wrap that hoodie cord and your beard around it, that will split something! 😮
Good editing 👏 😉
Bro you win the price this is so fxking dumb 😂😂😂😂
Why do they have a color change to the edge? To hot when grinding?
Awesomenessssss
Dangerous, inefficient and slow as shit, the Federal Government is highly interested!
Do you fire the tractor up every time you load your burner?
No
how hot is your house? seems pretty expensive
Any time you need to take that many steps each time and its a repetitive process, something is wrong with the system. And yes, half a face cord per day seems extreme.
What a dumb idea to split a log using mechanical advantage. Back in my day, we would just rip chunks out of the log with our bare hands.
