      @lukeman4566 6 месяцев назад

      You are missing the point, God limited His power to give you and me freewill. If I kick you in the jaw, that is evil because you are made in God's image, we all are. If after kicking you I say God made me do it, I am a liar because you are convinced that I have freewill and am more than an animal. God says you sin if you just hate someone but don't kick them in the jaw. God says you sin when you lust after someone without even touching them. Relationship with God starts with forgiveness from God. We start from the place of understanding that we are all assholes to others, and people are beautiful creations with a lived experience just and in-depth and complex as your own. Realize how you've wronged your fellow humans, I'll be the first one to say I have done horrible things to people and belittled people, put them through unnecessary bad stuff. God's strength can turn that story around though, if you trust in Jesus and ask for forgiveness, you are offered a peace beyond understanding. The life to come after this life can be experienced here and now. Not to say we aren't capable of doing good, but we need God because we are deeply selfish in our decisions, His will on the other hand is perfect and lifts everyone up. I pray these words find you well homie, remember God loves you, Jesus is your friend, take care of yourself for me❤

    How is that Christian deception? The Orthodox Church has always preached this.

    • @eltonron1558
      @eltonron1558 6 месяцев назад

      The deception: Make the gospel about Christ by preposition, so the gospel according to Christ never gets preached. Make the church the authority over scripture, so the man made tradition of Sunday, can reign. Make them think God is 3, to destroy the first command of ten. What it amounts to: Worship by a false Lord's day, is counted least salvation. Those who keep the commandments of God recieve blessed sainthood. Mt. 12:31-33 Mk. 3:28, Rev. 14:12,22:14. Less saints, less close to God. Rocket science.

    • @3angels.online
      @3angels.online 6 месяцев назад

      It's great that the Orthodox Church teaches this. Unfortunately, most of Christianity doesn't. This is evident when you look at how the church over a thousand years ago thought they could change God's law. Can the church get together in a council meeting and decide, "Let's change the law of gravity to something more convenient for us." Of course not! It's a natural law. Yet, we did this in the Council of Laodicea (364 AD) when the Sabbath was changed from Saturday to Sunday. We thought we could change it because we lost the understanding that it's a natural law that expresses how the universe works. We adopted the false idea that God's law was a set of made up rules that could be changed. If God's law is a set of made up rules, then breaking it does not bear natural consequences. It has to be enforced by punishing the wrong-doer, which is the way human laws work.

    The New Law is Love: Matthew 22:37-40, this is True yet, If we do not produce the Good Fruit of Love we will be cut down and thrown into the Fire. You will know them by their fruit. Matthew 7:19-23, John 15:1-8 & Matthew 25:31-46

      The new law of love, is the law heaven, earth, and all must be fulfilled before it passes away....the ten commandments. Mt. 4:4, 19:17. BREAK DOWN the 2 commands of Mt. 22:36-40. How do you SPECIFICALLY love God? Make a list. Write it down, HOW TO LOVE GOD. Please let me share mine. 1. I will have no other God's before me. 2. I will not use or revere idols,or graven imagery. 3. I will not take his name in vain. 4. I will with joy,gratitude, and love, keep the sanctified and holy Sabbath of God. Unlike Sunday Christianity, that treats it like a dumpster fire. Share YOUR LIST.

      @@eltonron1558 Matthew 19:17-19 If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.” “Which ones?” the man asked. Jesus answered, “‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness, honor your father and mother, and love your neighbor as yourself.’” Notice that Jesus changed the Second Commandment from, Do not make engraved images to: Love your neighbor, and didn't even mention the Sabbath. Matthew 12:6-8 Yet I say to you that in this place there is One Greater than the temple. But if you had know what this means, ‘I desire Mercy and Not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless. For the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.” If the Lord of the Sabbath is "in" your heart, Everyday is a Sabbath Rest. For I tell you that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 5:20 Then, Jesus starts talking about iniquity (dwelling on hatred is the same as murder and lusting in the heart is the same as committing the act) The Law is fulfilled. Or should we kill disobedient children too. Mathew 15:3-6 Jesus replied, “And why do you break the "Command" of God for the sake of your tradition? For God said: ‘Honor your father and mother’ and ‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’ But you say that if anyone says to his father or mother, ‘Whatever you would have received from me, is a gift devoted to God,’ he need not honor his father or mother with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. John 15:12-17 This is My Commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends if you do what I Command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not understand what his master is doing. But I have called you friends, because everything I have learned from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you. And I appointed you to go and bear fruit-fruit that will remain (Galatians 5:22,23)-so that whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you. This is My Command to you: Love one another. Jesus declared, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these Two Commandments.” Matthew 22:37-40

      The apostle Paul in Hebrews 3 explains this. The Israelites saw the great miracles of God in delivering them from slavery in Egypt, but whenever they came across trials in the wilderness, they lost faith instead of trust in God who delivered them in the first place. It's a warning to all of God's people today to keep holding on to Him even when things get tough. We hold on to Him by having a relationship with Him through prayer and reading the Bible. No matter how hard life gets, He is able to get us through anything!

      @@wojtek7578 what do you mean stone god paradox? Because there three divinities God the Father God the Son and the Holy Spirit. God the Father never LIMITED HIMSELF as the father however ever when he sent his Son Jesus that's when he limited himself so that he would be able to die as well as people trusting him with no divine proof as many people could perform miracles. Because of this Jesus is God and would then be subjective to the laws of physics being as he is also fully man.

    I appreciate your fervent testimony regarding the Book of Daniel, Isaiah. etc. However, to be objectively honest. Isaiah's prophecy about Cyrus is not an objective prophecy.. Since a text is objectively as old as the earliest manuscript it found on.. That puts' Isaiah to the 2nd Century BCE (Dead Sea Scrolls).. many centuries after Cyrus. Now you can BELIEVE that Isaiah was written before the events it purports to have prophesied about.. but there is not actual proof such is true. And even if you believe there was an Isaiah before Daniel, the prophecy you cite was in what scholars call Deutero-Isaiah (2nd Isaiah) with chapters 1-39 being "first Isaiah" and those chapters 40-on being written by someone different.. and someone later edited the text together.. Because the writing style and themes make a abrupt change in chapter 40.. signifying it's written by someone else.. someone who lived AFTER Cyrus. A small lesson on 2 Tim 3:15-16.. All Scripture? What exactly is "All scripture"? it depends on who you talk to, no? At the time 2 Tim was written, the NT wasn't in existence, especially if you believe Paul wrote 2 Tim.. And furthermore, what writings were considered scripture is not exactly clear. The Canon of the OT you have in your Bible come to us after 2 Tim was written. So clearly the writer of 2 Tim wasn't referring to the Bible as you know it, but some other collection of writings. Possibly containing texts of Gnostics and others not found in your Bible. And what of Scripture of people outside the Biblical area.. Buddhists have "Scriptures", Muslims have "Scriptures".. These would fall into the express category of *ALL* scripture wouldn't it? It's also instructive to note that 2 Tim wasn't actually written by Paul.. but by someone pretending to be Paul.. so even looking to it as scripture it starts out with a lie by purporting to be from Paul. And Lastly, the passage only tells us that scripture is "inspired", but actually the Greek word behind "inspired" is a unique and ambiguous meaning.. It's literal translation is "God breathed'.. but what that means is subjective to interpretation.. Some think it means inspired, but a more historical contextual interpretation suggests "life giving" , just as God breathed life in to Adam, the scripture are life giving. The reason I share this with you is in hope to inspire you to seek a testimony based upon Spiritual witness from God.. and not basing it on subjective interpretation of the Bible. For the latter is like building your house on a the sand.. when the storms come, the sand will wash a way and your testimony with it. Is it not wisdom that you instead seek to receive the testimony from God directly , just as Peter did. As it was written, that when queried by Jesus.. Jesus said, blessed are you … For flesh and blood did not reveal it to him, but his father in heaven.. And upon this rock (Receiving Testimony from God directly) Jesus would go to build his church (Community of followers) Do you see what I'm getting at? Your professed testimony here that you are sharing with others to inspire them to be believers too.. is based upon a highly subjective interpretation of scripture.. not something that can be objectively proven.. Wouldn't it be better to simply to appeal to God directly in prayer for the answers instead of relying , not dismissing, but relying upon a subjective interpretation of texts?

    • @3angels.online
      @3angels.online 6 месяцев назад

      Thank you for sharing. When we look at the rest of the book of Daniel and the book of Revelation, how did Daniel and John know so many details of the future unless there is a God who communicated with them?

    • @oceancoast92657
      @oceancoast92657 6 месяцев назад

      @@3angels.online what exactly do you think Daniel or John know about the future that can be objectively attributed to prophetic knowledge and not be attributed to more down to earth circumstances of their day? For instance, Daniel is a text objectively written in the 2nd Century BCE, telling a story in a setting of 6th century BCE. That's not a miracle.. People living in the 2nd century BCE.. had memories of the 6th century BCE past on. So it's easy for a 2nd century writer to craft a story to fit some of those memories and make it seem as prophetic miracle occurred. Revelation is attributed to John, living on Patmos in late 1st century, but objectively the earliest text we have is more like 3rd century. Revelation for sure is full of imagery that can be interpreted in all kinds of ways.. including conditions that existed in John's day.. not the future. So what of these do you feel are objectively provable prophecies of the future? When I say objectively provable.. I mean the text must objectively exist before said prophetic event happened, and the prophecy can't be ambiguous. Meaning it needs to be explicit with no room for alternative interpretation. Then the fulfilment must be objective, with non-biased sources for confirmation.

      @oceancoast92657 in symbolic vision, Daniel foretold when Christ would appear (Daniel 9), and he foretold the rise and fall of Christianity in the Dark Ages. He saw the breakup of Rome into the nations of Europe. John predicted the Dark Ages when he saw the woman (God's people) flee into the wilderness after the Son (Jesus) was taken up to heaven (Revelation 12). There are many more.
