Simple. Men don't ask questions because Women are Hippocrates. They demand honesty from Men, but never give it to Men. Most Women just lie to Men. Next time Men, ask Women the hard questions about their past and see if you think you get honest responses. The only thing they bring up about their pasts is how they were victims somehow, somewhere. Women think Men owe them knowledge about their pasts so they can have ammunition in the relationship. If you divulge your past to a Woman, just forget about the relationship. Fuck her, and leave her.

It’s in the biology, men and women are hardwired differently for a reason and I think we complement each other well, just need to work on the communication 😅. I think generally women were designed to be more detail oriented and our instincts are right on if we feel something feels off or dangerous. There have been many many times as a woman where my attention to detail and asking seemingly “irrelevant” questions later turned out to save the situation and served me well. I do wish like men we could sometimes put the thinking on “pause” and think about nothing but it’s not really how we work and that’s ok ,
unfortunately, some men do not want to talk at all which makes their relationship goes South and things start to happen.

This makes me more sympathetic- women's lives must be exhausting. Pro tip- the information nuggets are self-contained and the words given contain all pertinent information. If any meaning is intended, it will be stated. Though I admit the sandwich text is weird- that sounds like a guy trying and failing through lack of understanding to imitate female modes of conversation. I have never initiated long distance communication to so little purpose.

men say what they mean and mean what they say. "Tom is going to the Comedy Club" means just that. No hidden agenda, or underlying meaning. Women just can't wrap their heads around how simple men are.
you missed the part before that, around 0:44 where the husband is planning on going to the comedy show. he and his friend both are. so when he gets home and says that Tom is going to the comedy club, she correctly interprets that as his way of telling her his own plans. so it's frustrating for her because his plans raise a lot of questions (what to do about the kids, dinner) that he hasn't addressed

Actually on average women tend to have better social and verbal intelligence than men. Experts in a field tend to be able to find hidden meanings and larger patterns (a mechanic isn’t “over complicating it” when they notice details, ask clarifying questions and delve deeper in their field even if others don’t understand.) It could be if you feel lost talking to women that you need to develop your social and emotional intelligence.

@@anniesue4456 nope! He just mentioned Tom was going to the comedy club. Like "Bob was going fishing". Gossip or news of the day. He never said "would you like to go." He never said "we're going". She just went off in her head that they were going and never asked him if they were. And would she jump to the conclusion if it had been about fishing? And while it's a slice if life as comedy it does point out how women get squirrely in their head. And complain men aren't paying attention when they tell them the same thing and he just takes it as face value. Like n"Stella is going to the comedy club" and he says "hope she has a good time" and doesn't ask her if she wants to go too because it doesn't occur to him she's hinting she does. Most people aren't mind readers and have no idea if that's just gossip or has a hidden meaning.
