Thank you. Copyright issues messed up the audio when I had to replace a song. The RUclips editor didn't erase 100% of the background song so it's 1 song plus 25% of another in the background. Note to everyone: know the difference between copyright free and royalty free songs!

I've started to see a bunch of them at auction, probably get them under $1k soon.

@@maxeffortlawnservice9249 it's likely that China copied their design. Many of the cheap Chinese attachments I find are direct copies of US made brands. Not all of them but definitely quite a few.

@@BrettsBuilds I'd lean more in that direction if Bradco advertised their version as made in the USA. I don't see that anywhere on their advertising and knowing how business is these days wouldn't put it past anyone that they just marked it up a mess!

@@maxeffortlawnservice9249 that's definitely a possibility. The companies in China will allow you to brand their attachments any way you want with bulk dealer purchasing. They offered this to me. It's mostly the same factories in China pumping out all the different brands. AGT, Topcat, Mower King, AGROTK, Handy, Landy: All the same factory.

@@DomicoMangum thank you. Yes I used a green screen, lighting is the key along with editing software. I used cheap lights and green screen off of Amazon. Probably only have $300 in the entire setup.

Thank you for the love, as for the music..... I'm still learning about video editing and "flow". I think I'm getting much better, I had never done anything close to editing previously, learning on the fly. 😁

@@davidnelson5728 good question, it would be a pretty extreme endeavor to change this tire out on the side of the road. You'd need a very large jack and a big air gun. Not to say it isn't possible, just that it'd be a really difficult job away from the correct tools.

After "cooling off" and with some small modifications I agree that it could be more useful moving forward. Yes, good eye. I mentioned that in the video in the first start up overview. Definitely what it needed but it's still a bit "sticky" on that side. Better, not perfect.

We live in a very expensive area, similar builds are well over $100k here.

Thanks for watching and commenting. $300/ft. is the going rate in our area and the smaller the space the harder it is to reach that number. It's by adding extra bedrooms and blank space that makes it easier to drive the price down. As an ADU or rental you can't beat the return. Line of credit payment on this is $800/month and it'll easily rent for $1400+. Making money on day one.
