Gels were always the first choice in all productions, RGBs became trendy the last 6 or 7 years. Before that colours were made ONLY with gels

@@SeeDoubleYouOk that’s what I figured because I tried emulating the vibe in your video with me singing and playing guitar but I couldn’t get any detail on my face because I was using a F4 kit lens. I just ordered a lens with a 1.8 f stop. I’m looking forward to seeing the difference. Thank you and thank you for this awesome idea for a music video.

Awesome conversation of both of you 👍 🙃 Although you feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, you come along very confident over the camera 😉 Also great tips both of you shared. I managed to start YT in Nov. 2020, but keeping it going is definitely a challenge. I aimed to post 1 video a week to get enough practise, but since a month my full time job takes most of my time. At least I was able to upload again last WE and hope I'll be able to be more consistent in the future to keep the momentum running. I also struggle a lot with the performance in front of the camera. Like you I would like to hide behind the camera, but I challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone to be in front of the camera + a foreign language. But the result of this current situation are very robotic videos and talking head shots and a teleprompter as a necessity - definitely need more practise like you did 😅 I think the reason, why I started my small channel in English, beside of pushing myself, is related to the friends topic you guys talked about. I watched so many years English speaking creators and therefore I can connect with them more then with creators from Germany. It also result into being alone learning this stuff, since no one of my friends have this kind of interest, but learning through the internet / YT videos is better then nothing 😇 Thanks again for sharing! 👍 I will keep watching your videos to learn step by step from a Pro like you 🙂
