Rees Dart Track (and Cascade Saddle) || Mt Aspiring National Park, NZ
Просмотров 960Год назад
First time hiking in NZ and what a beautiful experience. The hobbit life is a fun one when the views are so stunning, the moss so gentle, the water so clear and fresh :) Part 1 of the NZ trip was the Rees Dart Track with side day trip to Cascade Saddle. 5 days of wet feet but very high spirits! Part 2 was the Greenstone onto the Routeburn Track...to come once I decide which song to pick for the...
Everest Base Camp + 3 Passes Trek
Просмотров 8284 года назад
A quick look back to a beautiful, tiring, cloudy trek to Everest Base Camp, 2 of the 3 high passes (Renjo La and Cho La but unfortunately not Kongma La) and the 3 peaks (Chukhung Ri, Gokyo Ri and Kala Patthar). This was shot back in 2017 but it took me getting stuck in this 2020 lockdown and spending all day at home to finally make something of the footage! Hoping everyone is staying safe and c...
ICELAND || a most unexpected adventure
Просмотров 1,2 тыс.7 лет назад
With high hopes and a 25kg pack laden with 17 days food, a plan to traverse Iceland from South (Skogar) to North (Ásbyrgi) was quickly stopped short on day 8 at Versalir in the Central Highlands, when I got caught in a very bad wind storm! After wallowing in disappointment for a while, I decided to try my hand at hitchhiking around the ring road and it turned out to be the best decision possibl...

bald eagle (madre/ spiderlegs/ corn/ mummy) and soss (baypea/ hue) trek the Ghorepani Poon Hill circuit in Nepal! They climbed up and down lots of stairs, got completely soaked on numerous occasions, were food for leeches, ate raw bamboo, failed to see any sunrises, succeeded in seeing majestic peaks and starry nights and overall had a very pleasant journey indeed! Bern and Hue's Adventure
Просмотров 1769 лет назад
One day Bern and Hue embarked on a 5 week adventure through France, Italy, Spain and Morocco. Many memories were harvested, which will forever remain a ghost of the half watermelons, elastic hearts, rooftop beds and sleeper carriages, shooting stars, seafood cones and stuffed tomatoes, Volubilis road trips, Pascales, mint teas and carpets and horizons of sand. They had a pretty fun time! 07/08/...
Thank you so much for your beautiful video and thoughts shared with those of us that may never see those wonderful views! May your future be blessed with many other special experiences on our amazing Earth.😊🙏🏼
Nice video. Brought back memories of my trip in May. I am looking forward to doing the Larapinta again!
Hi Alex I watched some of videos from the trail. How did you find the weather in May? I’m looking at May 2025.
@ The weather was good as you would have seen on the videos. Some cold nights but probably averaged about 5 or 6 at night and then high 20s during the day. So pretty mild. Unfortunately not cold enough to get rid of the flies but that was Ok
Amazing video Hue!!! So HD. Sounds like a special trip ❤❤❤
Where have you been young lady! Good to have you back 😊😊

Icey bits on the glacier 😊🥶😁
yeah...not my finest commentary :D :D
Always wondered what tramping in Mount Aspiring National Park would be like. At 60 years old and about to have a knee reconstruction I'm more inspired than ever to take it on. Thank you Pea I'm inspired. Absolutely beautiful vid!!
she's back!!!!
Where the hell have you been young lady! Missed you.... Thanks for this, truly needed.
Great to see a Pea Power adventure, its been so long, its the reboot I didnt know I needed!
All these indie songs are the same lol. Only girls like gay music like this cause girls are stupid as fuck.
Why did you kill the innocent ant in his own home where you were the invador?
Is this some kind of music video....or what.... ??? Having music on top of/competing with speech is just a mess. The solution is simply to cut the music ...at least when talking.... It could also be nice just to listen to the nature.
Whow Whow Whow
nice video, Pea ;) you’re awesome! look forward for the next one.
Awesome, I like this video very much!
What month was this?
Thank you for this video. It leads me to abisko and spectate northern lights here.. missing this isolation peace and serenity here sweden.. 🤣👍🏼
just watched your video! love it and your cheery attitude!
Very inspiring! Thank you for sharing your trail! <3
Brilliant inspirational video. Did you see the Northern lights at all ?
Probably not during september.
Fantastic, happen to stumble across this vid. Thanks for the energy, the walk and not the least the topping with Monteliusvägen Södermalm just about where I live.
You showed up on youtube's suggestions again and I realized that I didn't comment after my hike. It was an awesome time. Aug 28th - Sep 11th from Kvikkjokk to Abisko. 14 trail days and 1 zero where I hung out in a hut and relaxed. It was truly awesome. Blueberries, reindeer, very few people and more mosquitoes than I'd expected. rbphilip.smugmug.com/Kungsleden/
Thanks for sharing your photos Rob! Definitely bringing back great memories 😊 I think I must have been really lucky to miss the mosquitoes during my hike, but regardless it's well worth isn't it!
@@peapowerproductions7617 You were lucky to miss mosquitoes. I only had them when waiting for a boat to take me across a lake and at one of the huts. Mostly no big deal. In the middle of this bloody no-travel-allowed pandemic, I've spent more than one afternoon looking at photos and remembering that hike. Planning on heading back in 2022 to hike the other end of the hike, from Kvikkjokk to Hemavan. Planning for that is fun - I'll need to tent a fair amount due to there not being huts. Hope you're hanging in there and doing well in these pandemic times. Hiking in Australia again is also on my list. Overland track later in the summer, for example. It was all of 10 degrees for 5 of the 6 days I hiked it in 2015.... And rainy. :)
This is really amazing!!! Thanks for putting in so much work to share this part of your life with us!! I WANNA GOOOOO!
Nice Music
hiii, can't take the credit for that one :) although i did do the ukulele intro!
That was awesome!! ALL of you!!! Thanks for sharing!! Trail on!!
SO GOOD! I think I might even be inspired to hike more?!?
yes, me, the inspiration in your life i know.... come forth and let us hike together to contentment
@@peapowerproductions7617 so much contentment
Wow, another great video! I love your content, its always amazing and inspires me in my adventuring.
:) Great to see you're back. And that pea intro is so cute! I actually had plans to hike the 3 passes this year which were curtailed cos of COVID, so this video is a nice little escape for me especially. What other hikes do you have planned once restrictions lift? - Another Melbournian
thank you, still surprises me other people follow this channel! i love the pea intro too, have probably watched it more times than the rest of the video haha :D That is such a shame, but luckily the mountains will still be there after we figure out how to get through the other side of covid. Have kept adventures small lately but have high hopes for a big NZ or NT trip...shall have to see. Stay safe for now another melbournian :)
So happy to see you back! You're beautiful AND an inspiration!!!
Omg u r so k00l 😍 such nice font choice!
thank you so much, the font is really what brought the whole thing together!
Hi there, we’re putting together a commemorative video for MIR’s 20th Anniversary, and will require footage from across the past batches. Could we seek permission to extract some shots from this video you’ve done up? Thanks a lot - MIR 20.

Just stumbled on this vid. Enjoyed thoroughly the journey. Thank you

What an amazing video! Thank for posting it!
Just wondering, what kind of boots are you wearing? I saw you also took them with you to Kungsleden if I'm not mistaken?
Can you see northern lights in sep, thinking of doing myself this trip
Thank you for being an inspiration!
I'm about to do this hike, and I really can't tell you how much this video meant to me while preparing for it. So nice to see another wonderful nature geek with similar wavelengths <3 Best wishes on all your travels and adventures. I can't wait to see what you choose to share in the future!
Thank you for a wonderful video. Walking Kungsleden is a dream i am going to fulfill. Love the energy.
Amazing Video 👏👏👏
Amazing
Enjoyed this but have to make two very important points: NEVER use soap directly in or rinse soap off in natural water sources, it is terrible for aquatic life, and this jncludes bio soap, and washing off in a creek directly like that is one reason to filter...would you want to drink downstream from someone washing their body clean in the water without filtering it first?
Super video krásná příroda na super trek 🏕💚💚💚🌞🌞🌞👍
Loved it a lot! Good work!
what a great adventure
well done
