Hey Mina! You never answer to my questions. So I came here to the latest video with 1 comment only to ask this. I have launched a new product with 8 variations and going aggressive with the ppc with high top placement bid to increase our organic rank. After 14 days I needed to know how good my strategy was. So I wanted to compare Organic orders vs PPC Orders. I downloaded (1) Business reports for sales on child ASINs for each day separate [qty 10] and (2) PPC campaign report from Amazon Ads for each day separate [qty 10 reports]. Then I arranged all the rows for each date and each ASIN and then totaled all the PPC stats for each ASIN for each date that gave me total 80 rows (10 days for 8 ASINs) then I put all the formulas etc unrelated to this question etc. But when I compare PPC orders with total orders from Business report the data is very unreliable because there are a lot of rows where the "PPC ORDERS QTY IS GREATER THAN TOTAL ORDER QTY!!!" What am I doing wrong here? 🤔Are the business report and PPC campaign report not synced with each other. If I can't trust this data then what should I do? How should I gauge the success of my PPC campaign targeted for organic rankings because there are around 13-23 keywords per ASIN that I am trying to rank with search volumes 400-25000 so I can't really compare. The BSR is all mixed because the ASIN getting lowest sales has approx the same BSR as the highest performing ASIN since they are under the same parent ASIN. TACoS% could not be depended because hypothetically & theoritically we can do 100% ppc sales and still have TACoS% under 20% provided CVR% etc. You know what I mean. Please help me the PPC is burning through my budget and the data that I was supposed to rely on is giving me no indications if not wrong. 🙁 Please answer this question else I will buy tickets to LA, I will look for you and I will find you. Please don't make me do this because I am a poor guy with less time & starting a business on Amazon. 🙃 I am waiting for your answer. Day Count = 0

Hello Mina. Could we target our own product with another product variation (under the same parent ASIN e.g. two flavors) using manual product targeting exact match. If yes, is it advisable to increase the placement bids on product detail to around 50% so it gets more chance to be shown on our product detail page?

Let’s Talk About Revenue vs. Profit I’ve been watching videos where they share tips to grow sales on Amazon. Their strategies sound compelling: more sales, better visibility, and exponential growth. But there’s a critical question they never seem to answer- how much of that revenue actually ends up in the seller’s bank account? Growth is exciting, but it’s not the full picture. As sellers, we deal with: • Amazon fees: Referral fees, FBA fees, and storage fees can take a significant chunk. • Ad spend: Aggressive PPC campaigns often drive growth, but how much of that growth is just reinvested in ad spend? • Cost of goods sold (COGS): What’s left after the cost of manufacturing, shipping, and packaging your products? • Taxes and other business expenses: These can vary by region and sales volume. Sure, growing sales is great-but if 80-90% of that growth gets eaten up by fees, ad spend, and COGS, how much “growth” are we really talking about? Are we scaling a business or just inflating revenue numbers to look good on paper? My Challenge If you’re going to teach sellers how to grow, let’s make it real: 1. Share examples of net profit after implementing your strategies, not just revenue growth. 2. Break down how much of that “growth” is reinvested into Amazon fees and PPC campaigns. 3. Be transparent about actual margins and what sellers can realistically expect to take home. Without this clarity, it feels like we’re chasing a balloon of big revenue numbers-shiny, but ultimately hollow if profits aren’t there. For the sellers out there: Don’t get caught up in vanity metrics like revenue. Focus on profitability and what actually hits your bank account. If strategies don’t deliver profit, what’s the point? What are your thoughts? Have you seen similar tactics that focus on revenue without transparency about profitability? Let’s discuss!

Hey Mina! What's more important, conversion rate or number of sales made via keyword? Is it better to make less sales with higher conversion rate (hence cutting off broad/auto) or make more sales per keyword in total, but with lower conversion rate?

you are using a very huge budget daily more than 8 campagins all above 100$ which is atleast an $800 per day, is this normal? I mean this is too high and not really logical specially for small businesses

I’ve gone through a lot of tips on structuring sponsored product campaigns, but I’d love some advice on properly structuring a display campaign. Do you recommend setting up one campaign with each targeting segment (in-market, category, product targeting, and remarketing) in separate ad groups, or is it better to create individual campaigns for each targeting segment?
It’s best to do completely separate campaigns and not ad groups. One targeting type per campaign and then different creative should also be separate campaigns
