    Hi Sarah, thank you for sharing! I love how you still make time for yourself by running every morning. I really admire that even as a CEO, you make sure to have downtime to breathe and reset. I also relate to setting goals-mind over matter. Sometimes tasks can feel enormous, and we often forget how much power incremental achievements have in contributing to the main goals.
