I thought these were so cool! I enjoyed this video back when it was first uploaded; now I'm back with an update: I literally stumbled across the black clone on Amazon (from ONEST)! I ordered him so fast, haha! Wouldn't have known about any of these if not for you, so I wanted to thank you for putting these guys on my radar 👌🏾☺☺

I don't mind tinsel actually, as a child it felt like a special feature for a doll. I really like these and can't decide who to get first, they feel fresh/new for barbie which is something they desperately need.

Congratulations - these girls look awesome. We have to wait a little longer in Europe but I am glad to to enjoy your review while waiting. I can see Ever After High but everybody sees what they want. Since I collect a number of dolls I cannot have them all but Malibu is a must for me. The others - I am not sure even when on sale because space is getting tight indeed. Sorry - still not a fan of tinsel. 😊😊

I don't think you are particularly unlucky about defects in dolls you buy : it's just the lack of quality control nowadays ! 😥😬 These girls are cool, but it's a pity they are off scale with Barbie... I wonder if they can wear RH outfits ? Thank you for the exhaustive review ! 😘

I mainly stick with Barbie, except for a couple of dolls from from other brands when I was feeling a little crazy. 😝

My only question is are the Brittany dolls accessible to the US? I could care less about the packaging. Simple = less $$$ in my mind. (At least that is my way of thinking).

thanks a lot for the review. They are considerably good looking for "imposters". They usually have a facial expression as if someone just pulled down their pants. The black guy is definetly my favorite. The doctor, however - I wouldn't feel comfortable around him.

Just take vinegar and q tips and clean that way. Takes no time at all, and works all day everyday... your welcome

I have the braided doll and her rooting pattern is not very good, I would recommend leave her in box and use your custom

Personally, I would unbox her so you can enjoy her to the fullest! She's different enough to become her own character in your stories. I never kept my toys/dolls in box and I never regretted it. Sure, some of my Monster High would've been worth a lot now, but it's hard to guess which playline dolls gain value over time. I truly enjoyed redressing and posing them, observing the details of their faceups, shoes, outfits... I feel like I would've missed all that visual & tactile experience if I would've left them in box. Each person is different, though! A friend of mine keeps some of her dolls in box and finds that shelf much easier to dust!

I strongly prefer the pouty face! Maybe because too often, women are told to “smile!” So it feels refreshing to have dolls who aren’t smiling.

This is the first video of yours that I have watched and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Your voice is pleasant and I really liked seeing some of your Defa Lucy/Brittany collection. I love the Defa Lucy faces and fashions, but I don’t have one so I just live vicariously through RUclipsrs. :)

I would be keeping her in the box, and use your custom as the model. Why devalue the doll, just in case you do need to resell for whatever reason. If yours wasn't as good, it might have been a different story.

Is the material of this doll PVC? plastic?

This is my favorite, with the Brittany facemold, she's beyond gorgeous, even if she's blonde, you can compare her with the first extra Barbie (that I love), you know, blondes have more fun!! And Brittany wins over the smiling Millie Barbie this time.
