My great grandma had 2 of these fans in her house. 1 in the Laundry room and 1 in the Dining room and My First grandma only has 1 of these in her house and it’s in her Living room (Also known as the TV room) and also how did you get this fan?

I do like the square tipped blades on this…I know the later versions of this fan offered them…I have the round tipped blade one and I believe it’s from 2001

My grandma has this exact fan in her guest room but it has a different light kit

I’d say it’s rare as hell! Only Emerson Hardwood I saw in the wild was in my pediatrician’s office in the 90’s. It was an Alaska-type. Had a sloped-ceiling kit, and just an on/off wall switch set to medium/reverse. Very steep ceiling between skylights. I’m 38, well-traveled, and never saw a Hardwood since.

I remember Popeyes Restaurant in Lake Geneva Wisconsin having 9 of those. In the same finish is that one. But they had school house light kits on them. Sadly in October of 2019 the big dinning room was demolished to make room for a new outdoor dining space. But the restaurant still has other fans. Including older Dayton industrials in the bar area. Some of the fan members including Brandon E Johnson were there a month ago. And they do have videos of the fans there.

They are made by CEI, and there are some Emerson made by CEI. So it means that it must had been made by CEI and imported by Emerson. Maybe the real Emerson 1895 are made by CEI too, except for the motor.

I think the Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. specific coastal breeze models (named many of names throughout it's run) had reversible blades. Love these fans, got 2 of them.
