Testing acceleration on 1-1.2 bar ECU programming. Car has three ECU programs, which can be selected on cruise control buttons. This one has least power, about 280HP and 410Nm of torque, which is very good for daily usage on FWD car.

Stage 3 CTS K04-x setup upgrade is still on beta tune, with constant boost up to 1.6 bar, relatively low timing and no knock retardation for 98 RON. Car is full weight in both cases. Measured power with PerfExpert APK is 371HP/484Nm, for stage 2 it was 265HP/435Nm, average value. Expected difference is about 50%.

For comparison on my channel I have video with stock exhaust, and now it is faster by approx. 6% than before, with same software. That is about 15hp, and now it has ~265 instead of 250HP. Also I have upgraded OCC - Oil Catch Can. Intake valves aren't cleaned, so it probably robb another 5-10HP. Tested in Mexico. :)

Testing car after stage 1 remap Test is performed on German Autobahn offcourse.... Timing should be little bit better with GoPro cam and closed windows, but I am very satisfied with 14 sec 100-200 for completely stock GTI, only with stage 1 remap.

    Pratio sam te još od Golf 4 i tjuninga kod čika Raleta haha i bogami i ja planiram da pređem na turbo benzin opet sekta opet vw. Samo me zanima koliko troši ulja do 7 8 k intervala za servise i dal je gen2 i gen3 stvrno bolji od gen1 mmm na njega ea888 gen1. Inače bolesno ide. Pozdrav 🤙🏻

    U start from 0kmh on 4 sec and finish to 160 at 21 sec, but u give wrong times on description. U have 0-100 7.9 0-120 10.9 0-150 17.7 and 0-160 20.5!

    Kako se nosit motor mjenjac sa k04, imam isto 6 gti dsg ma stg 2 , pa bi htio slozit na k04, jel se isplati?

      Bez problema. Ja imam manuelni, ali sam stavio pojačan set kvačila. DSG se mora mapirati da se nosi sa većim obrtnim momentom od 400Nm.

      That is PolarFIS advanced. Little box which was plugged into can bus.

      Fabrika je sve. Sad ima 231.000 i još uvek radi perfektno. Samo kvalitetno održavanje. Jedino što je crklo za 34.000 je usisna grana. To inače hoće da crkne, nema veze sa tjuningom, ispadne poluga flapsa napolje pa imaš check engine. Ovi motori generalno nemaju problem da podrže tjuning, imaju problem sa lošim održavanjem, dugi servisni intervali i još poneke sitnice koje se rešavaju.

    Čitao sam na vw forumu o projektu. Nešto sam se istripovao da uradim istu stvar na Touranu 1.9 BXE 105konja.Neki sleper fazon da bude, da ostane sve fabrika osim komponenti koje bi dovele do 200-220 konja, ne bi preko, da ne sahranim motor.

      Pozdrav. Obrati pažnju na sve! :D Naročito na servisnu istoriju, da nije vraćana km itd... Gledaj da ne puši iz izduva, da dobro vuće, da nema grešaka i check enginea, da ne radi ko traktor. Što se održavanja tiče, pretpostavljam da hoćeš da uzmeš FR sa TSI motorom, kao što je ovaj. Mali servis, 100e, veliki 500-1000e (u zavisnosti šta sve menjaš). Moj ti je savet ako nije rađen veliki servis, da ga obavezno uradiš, to podrazumeva nov lanac za bregaste sa klizačima i španerom (novi tip) iz originala je oko 250e taj set, pumpa za vodu takođe jer zna da kućište termostata procuri jer je plastično košta oko 120e Pierburgova, ima i Graph komplet metalna pumpa za slične pare. Ne bi bilo loše zameni i lanac balans osovina, ali i da se pregleda prednja balans osovina ima li luft, ako ima, obavezno se menjaju. Set lanaca za balans osovinu košta oko 80e, a za pumpu ulja oko 50e. Iz balans osovina najbolje povaditi problematične mrežice. Na kraju skini karter i počisti ga od mulja, kao i sito pumpe ulja, ako je karter korodirao, kupi drugi košta oko 3000 dinara. Usput zameni PK kaiš ako je istrošen, jeftin je, usisne ventile očisti, injektore takođe odnesi na testiranje i čišćenje. Nakon ovako urađenog servisa si jako dugo miran sa autom. Povremeno ćeš doliti malo ulja, usput neće trošiti mnogo goriva, ulje najbolje menjati na 8000km, preporuka Motul 5W40 ili neko slično kvalitetno sintetičko ulje, filter goriva na svakih 30-40 hiljada km (košta oko 2500 din), svećice možeš original BOSCH, sa NGK sam imao jako loša iskustva verovatno su fake, par puta mi se topila svećica, Denso su mi se za sada pokazale super. Serijski turbo je smešan za ovaj motor, zna da ima labav wastegate pa to zna da klepeće kad se oduzme gas, to može da se sredi, mada najbolje je ako radiš sa turbom nešto da staviš K04 sa Mk6R, S3, ed30/35 ili Cupre, naravno to zahteva mapiranje, a nije loše staviti downpipe i usis. Stock dizne, pumpa i motor su ok za do 400 konja.

      I bought K04x at almost same price as K04 and I am very satisfied how it doing. No boost lag, very fast transient response, it is capable to maintain 1.6 bar at 6k+ rpm which is not possible with standard K04. K04x drives about same as standard K04 at low rpm and mid range. When I bought K04x price was about 150 euros difference, so I decided to go with hybrid. Now you can buy K04 at discount for about 1350$, K04-x is about 1800$, that is big difference in price, in that case I would go for K04, especially if you have engine with weak valve springs (my engine isn't affected - no misfire at high rpm with high boost) .

    Man i did 40 runs 0-100 with dragy gps best result 6.8 seconds. With my revo stage2 full setup on 98 octane fuel.manual gearbox (with toyo r888r tires). The true is when you reach 110 km/in the speedo is 100 km/h at real life. The speedometer at our mk6 gti make big error read . So no way in hell gti mk6 stage1/2 (manual gearbox) make 5.8seconds At street condition. The orginal spec ( 0-100: 6.9 second) is fake by vw. Simpley vw scam us with fake numbers.

    Pozdrav druze, bavis li se izradjivanjem mapa mozda? Imam projekat Seata Ibizu PD130, Airtec FMIC + hard piping kit, GTD2060VK preradjena na vakuum, PD150 srafovi glave 4Bar map senzor, EGR delete i trazim nekoga ko moze uraditi pouzdanu mapu za sve. Pregledao sam tvoje klipove vise puta i interesuje me da li je moguca saradnja ukoliko si raspolozen, kao i kako bismo mogli stupiti u kontakt. Hvala

    If in my axr is a new sachs clutch will it slip on the same power close to 200hp? And does it kill the clutch faster?

      i had an axr tuned to 165hp run it with old turbo and new clutch and beat it day after day never wanted to die only thing it didnt like was going 215 for to long and got the famous cooling leak building up pressure in the cooling system and needed to revil after a few races XD but stil did olmost 500.000k+

    Man nice video i have also mk6 gti stage2 by revo, what tune You have? I think you can do better time than that. you should change gears at 6k rpm. K03 turbo die after that( no boost) . And next time use draggy or race logic gps measure not stop watch and gps apps. Becasue no way stage1 or stage2 make 100-200 14 seconds from 100-200. More like 16-16.5 seconds

      As you see, it does about 15s from 100 to 200 by GPS. Speedo is off by 11kmh at 200, and 7-8kmh at 100. It is pretty quick and punchy. I have no draggy or racelogic, but I can confirm you how much speedo is off. Also it was measured on very flat surface, without wind. Engine feels strong and very healthy. You are right, after 6k power drops off quickly. Turbo is not K03 on Mk6 GTI, this is IHI RHF5, very similar to K03, but different brand. Tune was done by RevLimit, but it was little bit modified. It runs on 95 octane RON, almost without timing pull, on premium fuel it is completely without timing pull.

      @@fedjadrndarski5606 ya i have gti mk6 revo stage2 with full setup ( cai intake,fmic,downpipe, michlien cup2 tires dyno show me 300hp😊)with 98 fuel octane. Very strong car (have it 10years almost 😉). For my tune shift 6k rpm give me best results. Btw I order draggy i will update you for the performance soon.

      Yes it can do 14s. I have A3 1.8 tfsi with this turbo and it does 100-200 around 14s in the winter. It did 14.9 this summer measured with dragy.
