You make it look so easy! I'm looking at doing this eventually because I want to remap my 150 and get usable gains from it. Are the aluminium hoses a custom fabrication or can they be bought? I'm a total novice mechanically. It looks achievable, but I'd be scared of getting it wrong!

Hey man, does 550x140x65mm fit on 2.0 BlueHDI 150hp and will it get some power? It's mapped on 180hp and im curious if i get a turbo from 308 GT 180hp and intercooler, how much power will it get?
A intercooler is not only for more power. It’s for having the power more lasting. Also it’s better cause the Software is not getting in protection mode, cause of the intake temp.

Hi, the 150hp and 180hp models are mechanicaly the same. Just software limited. Both models go up to 205 hp with stage 1
Schöner Umbau ! 😀 Habe das selbe bei meinem vor Facelift 308 durchgeführt mit dem selben Ladeluftkühler. Leider gibt es da ein Problem , das die Schürze an den Rohren vom Ladeluftkühler anliegt und den Ladeluftkühler nach hinten drückt. Werde den wohl nochmal ausbauen und die Anschlüsse im 20 ° Winkel anschweißen lassen. Leider kommt die Ansauglufttemperatur bei 26 ° Außentemperatur bei voller Leistung immer noch leicht über 60°. (Software wurde bereit angepasst und liefert 210 PS) Gibt es da irgendeine Möglichkeit den Luftdurchsatz durch den Ladeluftkühler zu erhöhen ? Oder habt ihr das selbe Problem weiterhin mit der hohen Ansauglufttemperatur ? 🤔
Hey, danke. Das Problem mit dem Anliegen der Rohre habe ich nicht. Bei mehrmaliger Vollast, Ansaugtemp. ganz leicht über Außentemperatur.
@@raptor3061988 Hey Ok, dann muss es wohl an der vor Facelift Schürze liegen. Werde mal versuchen die Anströmung noch weiter zu optimieren, vielleicht bringt das ja noch etwas oder der hat 300 PS. 😂

@@raptor3061988 There are also Artnr: H&R-23.011.1 it say for w213 E350e Hybrid. Do you know by chance if will fit for w213 E220d sedan? This one will low from 35-55/35-50mm (your Artnr. H&R-23.011.2)
You didn’t appear to put any thread locker on the brake caliper bolts - very very important to do this.
Didn’t show that you right. But Iam always doing that, every car. Even if OE thread locker isn’t used
@@raptor3061988 still traumatised by the LR tech who removed/replalced brakes as part of a warranty job and didn’t use locker or tighten them up properly. Brake caliper came of whilst towing the caravan! And my wife asks me why I do my own brakes…

Hello, Yes you can, but not like I did. Totally different enginebuild. The turbo is different position and stuff like that. Your oe intercooler is also at a different position.
@@raptor3061988 my intercooler is in the same position as the video (passenger side)
Okay, didn’t now that about the 2017. Just remove the bumper and take a look what space you got and then maybe give it a try ;)
@BruTech Ist noch Restgewinde übrig? Also könnte man ihn noch höher einstellen? Finde der steht hinten ziemlich tief da, da verschwindet ja schon fast minimal der Reifen im Radkasten. Bin nämlich am überlegen mir auch die Gewindefedern zu kaufen
@Luis ja das geht noch einiges höher. Das war die erste grobe Einstellung um erstmal zu gucken wie er steht. Danach wurde angepasst das alles optisch nach Wunsch da steht und TÜV konform. 2-3 Wochen später noch einmal, weil es sich „gesetzt“ hat.

Hi. Hab mal ne frage wieviel platz hast du mit dem großen llk zur Stoßstange? Passt das auch mit abstandstempomat? Weil da hat er ja den sensor in der vorderen Stoßstange. Aber denke da es den abstandstempomat ja auch im gti gab sollte das passen
Moin, Ich hab auch den Abstandstempomat und es passt. Die Rohre führen auf der Fahrerseite drunter hindurch. Das Radar sitzt seitlich links auf Höhe der Kühlermaske.

Ich habe einen 308 GT 2.0 BlueHDI mit einer Stage 1 und habe gestern die Ansaugtemperatur gemessen, weil das Auto deutlich langsamer geworden ist, als es die letzten Tage wärmer geworden ist. Bei einer richtigen Vollgasfahrt über 7 Sekunden eine Ansaugtemperatur von 63 Grad... ach du scheiße... Ich habe mir ein Angebot für die Montage eines Ladeluftkühler vorne eingeholt. 900€... Ich werde das Auto über den Sommer schonend fahren und im Herbst schaue ich mal, dass ich das Geld für den Einbau des LLK auf die Seite lege. Hat dein Auto jetzt mit dem Upgrade LLK mehr Leistung oder ist die Leistung einfach nur stabiler geworden?
Ist ja genau der gleiche wie meine. Ja bei der Temperatur regelt das STG auch schon dagegen. Meine Ansaugtemperatur ist bis jetzt nie höher als 3 grad Außentemperatur gekommen, wenn ich drauf stehe. Die Leistung wird nicht erhöht, aber du kannst sie immer wieder konstant abfragen , ohne das gegen geregelt wird.
@@arcton6636 Hi! Clemens Motorsport aus Ulm, einer der besten Tuner, was Peugeot angeht. Einen Ladeluftkühler für den 308er bietet er noch nicht an. Dieses Jahr noch soll er aber einen anbieten können. Preislich ungefähr 900€. (vielleicht ändert sich da noch was preislich, sobald er offiziell einen LLK anbieten kann)

@@arcton6636 Meiner hat serienmäßig genau die angegebene Serienleistung rausgespuckt :) 177PS und 401Nm. V-Power-Diesel war drin.

Ich sag mal so, man könnte es noch soweit runter drehen, das es nicht mehr fahrbar wäre ;) Es ist ja eine Mindesthöhe von 8cm zu festen Bauteilen und 7cm zu beweglichen vorgeschrieben. ( wenn ich das richtig im Kopf habe). Weniger ist laut Gutachten/ Gesetzgeber nicht drin. Wie das jetzt der einzelne TÜV Prüfer beurteilt, kann ich schwer sagen;)

@@raptor3061988 I want one when I get tired of my c207 550. But Mercedes messed up by taking out the 550 and replacing it with the 53 amg and made it more expensive. They also messed up by replacing the v8 with a 6 cylinder

Kann man die Höhe des Fahrzeuges im eingebauten Zustand verändern oder muss man jedes mal wieder das komplette Dämpfer/Federsystem aus dem Fahrzeug ausbauen? Setzen sich die Federn nach einer gewissen Zeit noch etwas? Viele Grüße, Basti
Hey, die Höhe des Fahrzeugs kann man im eingebauten Zustand verändern, im entlastenden Zustand natürlich. Es hat sich bei mir noch minimal gesetzt, aber das macht jedes Fahrwerk. Insgesamt hab ich noch 2 mal nachgestellt, damit er perfekt liegt. Gruß Andy

Es ist eine komfortable Lösung, da die originalen Dämpfer ja erhalten bleiben. Klar ist es härter als Original, da brauch man sich nichts vormachen.

@raptor3061988 My E400 feels very stiff. I'm not sure if it's related to the installation. Also, I'm unsure how to adjust the springs, like which direction to raise or lower them. Have you discovered an easy way to adjust the back ones? I'm having trouble accessing the wrench and changing the heights.

Go to Celtic Tuning. They got my 2.0 hdi remapped to 215bhp and 380 lbs/ft torque. For £300. No hardware changes. Stock engine. Don't need this hardware mod at all. Done 50k with my remap and no problems at all and 65mpg avg! Go figure 🤔
I got a little bit more done than that ;). And the intercooler will not give you more power, but you can use the power more often and longer. Specially on hotter days. The stock one is only good for 1-2 runs. My intake temp is now only 1-2 degree higher than outside temp. Like i said , not the only mod if have done....
@@Turbomgzt i have a 2016 2.0ltr 150 gtline auto, seriously thinking of getting it remapped. love the car so nice to drive, my previous was a leon 1.6fr, and i had that remapped (huge difference). hows the car feel since the remap? would u recommend?

Hello, i used a few 90 degrees and straight ones and welded them custom made together. You will need a lot of cutting and measurements until they fit. The diameter was 50mm
