I can’t believe that happened! What is wrong with these people? They live in a beautiful place and are miserable as sin. It’s the same here in Weymouth, you walk in a nice place and say hello and half of them ignore you or smirk at you! You handled that perfectly considering you had your family there. Pair of bullies who will be coward bullies till the day they die. If I was on my own they would if had a fright but if I had my family with me I would of done the same you handled that perfectly and calmly and assertively which is a good lesson for Maximus!

We have many posters of camper van adventures over here and many seem to show travelers in what appears to be the end stage of their fascination with the lifestyle. Your trip into Chester was particularly good for us as well hadn't thought to go to Chester until we saw it. We went there three weeks ago and followed your parking and walking route almost exactly. We loved the cathedral and wouldn't have thought to visit the old town Hall without having seen you.

Liked your build videos and was fascinated by the work you put into the side flairs. I mainly watch to see the places you go to get recommendations for our van trips. We like your videos in particular because you aren't the usual pair of 20 somethings faking it. I'm sure you will grow an audience that is specific to you and therefore much more loyal than other channels.

Graham, dont be down on your channel. You don't do the fake drama and over the top thumbnails. You aren't pushing bike after bike shill videos. Your channel is just honest to goodness family youtube. I think you do great content for what ever my opinion is worth. Don't get disheartened. You're all out there doing it and to be honest, the main thing is using woolfie to give Maximus and yourself and Michelle a better way of life. Thats more important anyway. I almost forgot to say that you did a grand job touching up the rust areas and Woolfie looks much better for it. Keep up the good work, chin up and keep making the channel. I have just returned from Flotta (Orkney), my journey has taken me on your way through. I went to look at a property with 35 acres attached, it was last Saturday that the Scottish media claimed there was to be a heatwave(22°c), plus the Northern Lights. I never had a good feeling whilst travelling around, due in most part to the weather, it will never get cold enough to snow properly, like in Finnish Lapland where l had a home for 12 years. I currently have a home in Poland for 14 years now, which is beautiful with strong weather, both Sun and Snow. Both of those locations l decided in a single heartbeat, so l dont think l shall ever return to Scotland, based on their weather. It is a long way to go, to be disappointed.

I would have responding in the same way. The other ugly side of this is that. Other people (van lifers) have prolly caused problems and these people prolly thought you were up to no good. But they did not have to act in this fashion because you first off, don’t look transient, secondly your van is very nice in appearance showing you are upper class. My friend you had everything in order and did the right thing. Question do they allow guns where you are, in WA state we carry weapons!!!

Great video. Thank you. Just to confirm i have tested this on the 3000w version and it works. Im not sure why and if im fully comfortable with a nuetral ac bond to a dc negative but as you have shown, it does the job. Just as a side note, sunshine solar do an inverter with a N+E bond switch so it is rcd compatible. Thanks again

Haha I’ve just bought a minibus 09 transit to do the same, and it took me days to get the bolts out of the seats. I ended up having to use a grinder to cut them all, but kinda cut a few then swing the seats around to get access to other bolts. Genuinely it took me days to get the seats out. Just waiting for DVLA to confirm it as a window van now so I can insure it. What a journey 😂😂😂

I met a couple just like that in Perth, Australia. They were as equally intentional to not just intimidate but to also disuade people from being near their property. In my case, I was on a dog beach in front of their units with my dogs swimming. What occurred has to this day left me unsettled when I think about their behaviour. However, I did later hear that they do that to everyone, even young boys going fishing, who left a backpack against a garden wall facing the beach. So all I can guess is that is specifically crafted behaviour to push people away from their exclusive areas.

How dare you. How dare you do that. How dare you camp on a public road that is quiet with your wife and kid which is a huge danger to local people (im kidding). Man if I was a local and seen you guys camping on side road I would not care and if I did see you I would of said hi and asked if you need any above about local area. I absolutely would Not come up and knock on the door which is absolutely not needed. The guy at first seemed ok but he escalated by how he crossed his arms and stood firm. New sub. Great video and what a great Dad you are for the way you dealt with the situation. 100% did the right thing. It's pathetic that some locals think they own the countryside. The best "weapon" so to speak is not giving them ammunition by parking legally, being quiet at late hours and leaving zero rubbish etc. If they still start something then, all is fair game. Handled like a true gent and father. As a wild camper/hiker myself, the ONLY thing I wver worry about (worry as in expect to possibly spoil the trip) is other people. There are delusional people out there who have zero self awareness and 100% self entitlement who have either never been told no, are used to getting away with bullying or simply think they own the 10 square miles around their rural home. I'm a Yorkshireman myself and you handled the situation just as I would. On a lighter note, once I was cycling/camping in rural Somerset and stayed in one remote spot with my bike and tent in one spot for 3 days to ride out some bad weather. Some lovely dear old lady brought me a flask of fresh coffee and home made sandwiches as she had spotted me (walking her dog) on day 2 and realised what I was doing. Gives you hope in society again.
