Yea lol a rated e Nintendo game with a lynching noose in the center of town 20 minutes into the game. And they still remade it today in this day and age. Nintendo has balls!!! I just remembered that i walked past a noose in a Nintendo game all the time and was wondering if anyone was gonna call it out. Lmfao

So then. I gotta admit. I really did struggle with him back when I first played. But was also really fun to try to fight. Fun enough that he was a fight I dared to fight Radiant in the godhome. Took me a longer while to fight with the risk of 1 hit death, but was very fun as I survived longer, and get more hits in.

I remember spending countless hours on this fight now I've beat him on radiant good job beating him!

It took me so unbelievably long to beat Grimmchild. It was so satisfactory. Hope you had the same feeling lol. NKG is definitely one of my favorite bosses.

I found out Grimm and NKG have become my comfort bosses, I feel very much in my element when fighting them. I don't use spells (they slow me down), I just whack the guy with simple nail attacks (hence charms go into pure nail build). I really like these fights. I also vividly remember my first attempts also took days, but now, it's a walk in the park, unlike a certain Dream Warrior from the Moth tribe or the big Moth Lamp in Godhome lol. Good job in the fight!

it's interesting how there's never one way to dodge grims attacks, not a single video of casual players fighting grim has been the same and even my techniques are different it's all about what keeps YOU alive the longest with the least amount of damage, i think this fight really shows the play style of each player

No lie, i just hope the newer fans give it a chance and not ignore it out of spite.

At this point, I've been part of the Paper Mario fanbase, watch tons of reactors who seen these trailers, watched people play these games, went through Reddit post, seen reviews, did the whole #remasterthousandyeardoor trend, & this is all my proof as to why the PMTTYD Remake is a big deal!

This was a pretty nice video, and I'm glad word is getting out there why people have been getting so emotional over a video game. Because it's more than just a game, it's something many people loved and found inspiration and passion for. And it would be wonderful to see that continue past the TTYD instead of being stuck there. The remake gives us hope that that will one day be a reality instead of being forced to play Paper Mario The Stapler Emperor or something just as ridiculous.

Correction at 3:10, Mario is NOT the only character with the color red in Super Mario Bros, what I meant here is that in the beginning of the game he's the only asset with red. This was done to draw in the player to Mario and focus on his movements while playing the game.

I was very lucky to purchase paper Mario ttyd from a used game store when I was a kid after having played it at a friend’s house. I had no idea that it had become so expensive to obtain.

This video is really well made! Good points all around, but the SPM fanboy in me cant help but correct a detail. Blumiere's dad didn't turn Timpani into a Pixl, Merlon did that. Blumiere's dad only sent her wandering lost between dimensions, barely alive. Merlon found her and turned her into a Pixl in order to save her. Enjoy the loredump, have a great day 🤙
