I don’t know how I feel about this. Obviously piranhas and other predatory animals hunt and eat their prey and eat it alive out in the world, but putting the prey in an enclosure where there’s no chance of escape. I don’t know what to think of it.

Even the pleco had a good go. Unfair advantage to the piranhas! Obviously looking for the a feed. Begs the question when was the last time they were fed? Bigger tank , starved red tail cat or shovelnose , tiger . No need for the bright lights.... Introduce the piranhas into their tank.... Would be interesting?

Why own piranhas if you’re gonna use them to torture animals? There’s no reason to feed that catfish to them. “Nature is cruel” I get it, but this is not how nature works at all. If this was in a river, the catfish would 100% be able to escape, maybe with a few bite marks but it’ll live. Piranhas feed on crustaceans and small fish, not a giant catfish that you’re torturing for views.
