All are great serves but I don't think they are that unique, I literally used to do them when I used to play, except the last one, first time for me.

Many of the serves are not legal. Ball has to be thrown up nearly vertical.

I can't do those but for the truly skilled, most are fancy trick shots with elaborate hand and wrist movements to disguise just regular serves w/ spins and make the opponent think that it is too complicated and hard to return. Moreover, some umpire might call it illegal for hiding the ball, with one almost releasing the ball just a few cms above the table.
