I studied for about 2 weeks like maybe a hour and change a day and I got a 299, 154 quant and 145 verb. I took the GRE in October. I knew studying for the verbal wouldn't be practical so I just did practice problems like every other day and for the quant, I did a practice test to see what concepts I needed work on and studied those. All being said I would have been very happy with a 340 but I was aiming for a 300 with only two weeks to study

Hey mate, as a landlord for over twenty years I can tell you that almost all property managers are liars and crooks. They are totally contemptuous of you and the tenant. They lie to the owner and the tenant with the most pathetic, transparent, lies that would make a five year old's look sophisticated and think they are clever. They employ their mates to do work you don't need and charge you exorbitant amounts for absolutely nothing like cleaning or gardening or useless, empty, service contracts for things like smoke alarms or pool maintenance which cost a fortune. They try and keep the tenant's bond for themselves by inventing end of lease expenses that never existed. They are as dumb as mud and can't even manage their email. If you are misguided enough to try and have an "honest talk" with them they will stand there and say nothing then carry on afterwards as if it never happened. The only way to deal with these swine is with email. Then they can't deny they have been told. Don't approve any work without a quote which you have scrutinized and carefully read any contracts in your own time and away from them and ask someone else to look it over too. And never approve any fees apart from the single management fee. You will find you are giving them money for nothing. You should just tell that jerk to clear off and if he doesn't like it to sue you.

Old house or new house there will be things breaking. I own a home that's over 100 years old and was moved to the current property after the town it was in became a ghost town. It's settled into the ground, haven't had any issues, and 90% of the appliances haven't been updated in 40 years and quite frankly don't need updating. They work perfectly fine. My mom got her home brand new and is constantly having repair men out to fix stuff. Last person to do work on my home was a plumber, over a decade ago when my grandma still owned the home.
