The CRAZIEST Drive Day in Mexico! 1 Close Call, 3 Military Checkpoints and 1 US Border Crossing
One thing we can't seem to stop doing for ourselves is setting tight timelines, so since we have a flight to catch from Toronto Canada, we have to drive from the very tip of Mexico all the way up north in 4 DAYS!!! So this is part 1 of that series :).
In this video, you will watch us go through one of the most intense driving days we've ever had. With a near accident, 3 military checkpoints and an intense US border crossing, this episode will have your butt cheeks clenched the whole time.
Ok lets get into it!

I've been working on some more long form videos of us driving from Mexico to Canada in 4 days and those should be out shortly! So for now, you will have to...

We are doomed as a species...
Love it everything drops cute❤😂🎉
Yeap, you is stuck… Ohhh the memories, this is what makes tripping so worth while… Luv it..
Cool…
can't wait for Cypress and Bernie to meet! maybe they can fish together in Baja next year
Bernie was such a good sick snuggler
this is our favorite video, the rays were AMAZING!!
this brought us right back to our time in Baja!!
How on earth do you make that bed properly? I had a small double bed in a caravan, and could never get the sheets properly hooked over the 3 wall sides of the van. As you get older and possibly less mobile, this setup would never work.
Gordon misses Bernie so much
♥️🙏🙏🙏🐕♥️ ♥️it’s pretty awesome to go wherever you like to go glad you were out of the sand dumes Fish tacos look delicious now to the new place the oasis beautiful place to stay at🌴🌴🌴👋🤠👨🏽🦼💪🏻👍🏻🌴🌴🌴🌴
Great bus, nice couple. Way cool.
Subscribed! Love the rig, can so relate to the drama (I've been stuck in snow, mud, gravel, river rock, but not sand yet), even the stuck tow truck! I will be starting my Mexico adventure - my old woman wandering in February in a mini-van and cargo trailer with my little dog and cat. Did the US as a young woman with at least one dog by car, truck, camper, & RV. It takes a massive amount of skill, talent, courage, and creativity to live the way you do, not to mention the work going in. Kudos to you. I appreciate the actual process of crossing the border. I've been stressing about it because of BettyDog and ChinCat, but perhaps it's for nothing.
WOW LOT OF VIDEOS OF AMERICANS HAVING ADVENTURES IN MEXICO, I WANT TO GO TO MEXICO AS WELL. ❤❤
40' plus a toad? Dang, you ready to downsize yet??
Hahaha no wayyyyy we love our space. If we were doing only short trips than a shorter vehicle would be in the cards but because it’s our fulltime home, we need all the space we can get 🫶🏼
What a shame of roads have Mexico 🇲🇽 😢
Why you didn't film the bad situation? 😮
It was so intense she couldn’t get the camera out.
👍
Yay I’ve been waiting for you guys to post!!
Same here! Go Bernie!
Aww thank you! Hoping to have part 2 of our drive out next week 🫶🏼
You had me going crazy!! Show me what’s going on! Show me!!!! Scary situations, why wear a mask when you’re trying to help people?!?! Glad you guys are safe and sound, 15 hours??? Crazy, he must have been exhausted and full of nerve knots. It’s not relaxing driving those rigs especially through roads like that! Question: What was the name of the beach you guys left in the beginning of the video?
To be fair on the masks, it’s super common that they wear masks on hot days so they don’t get sunburnt. The balaclava look is the construction default down there!
I love these guys!
how the other side live.
lower the tyre pressure .
any body in there right mind would call breakdown or have sand matts.
dum and dummer or just stupid
After doing something that dumb, you should both be on a short bus.
@@jerrybaxter544 haha we just bought one of those
Why do you need to pay for the visa? I go often and never pay for the visa. Is it for the bus?
@@davidg9120 when you drive into Baja you need the FMM, when you fly in you don’t need it. But if you get pulled over while driving your own vehicle you need to show it
Need a @mattsoffroadrecovery rope
glad y'all got out of those sand dunes
Who in the world is that happy and cheerful that they have to pay a large tow truck to pull them out. Those trucks charge are like $750! More FAKE reality TV. What a joke.
Yep, you had the rope on the wrong side of the bus, and the Jeep should’ve been pulling you off to the left. However, I did love seeing Bernie dig!
Create a playlist of your videos beginning with your first, adding as they were posted. Great channel content and lots of subscribers for just 5 videos. I have 405 subscribers, 674 videos on a channel began in September 2008, almost no editing.
Oh this is great advice! I’ll try to do that in the next few days. I am very new to RUclips so I have lots of figuring out to do! Thank you!!!
Buy at least two high lift jacks plus wide pads to put under them. Then weld lift points to the bus sides, buy shovels and a very heavy tow strap.
I’d add some locks for the bus outside storage doors. Great work on the bus. I’ve wanted to take an out west trip seeing rail traffic of eastern Wyoming in the Powder River basin, see Devils Tower, Crazyhorse, Georgetown Loop, two narrow gauge railroads in Colorado and New Mexico and see the mountains of Montana. Then the Redwoods in California.
Well, there’s always OnlyFans.
emotions much feel4the poor guy also that tow job in the states would be atleast 800$
Chains and differential lock - that's all I'll say
your dog dig better than my wife .
that is a great layout.. especially the crate idea. good design.
"Consensus Crypto Conference".. ah.. that answers so many questions I had.
Haha he’s got a software development company and has some clients in the crypto space 😅
@@bluenose_bus That phrase was all I needed to know to understand what he does.
they know lots of people get stuck every year.. so they decide to go every year until get they stuck? is that right?
Shout out to all those who have the confidence to hang out in Mexico. I don't.
The Tow Trucks is a 4x6 with a very heavy dead axle and bias ply tires..
When you get stuck ,, don't stop put the pedal to the floor and spin your wheels until you are buried to the frame and axles. That way it will cost a lot more to get pulled out.
How do you have 5.5k subs and only 5 videos??? That math ain’t mathing
@@Fordgroup00 got lucky, our second video got 300k views. And then we also have a bunch of followers from our instagram account :):)
Is a really nice bus I imagine how much it cost to build one like this
That new border fence looks pretty effective 100%....KEEP BUILDING IT THE WHOLE WAY
@@cwitt483 it’s ugly
@bluenose_bus Write the new border zhar and ask them to paint it blue
Dummies, don’t come crying to America when you get in trouble 👿
wear your seatbelt!
such cute doggie
Thank you! He’s is a very good boy
Wear your seatbelts! ❤
One more OMG and it might just free itself!!!
