Yeah life is funny that way. I wished somebody had told me to go to university at 18 and do all this and that. But, I had no clue then and neither did my mom about subjects and how university works. So out of a feeling of desperation and a hunger to do something with my life I went back at 23 to school. I graduated with my Bachelors, and in September will be starting my masters. If I hadn't of gone back when I did then my masters wouldn't have worked out the way it has, the funding, the research opportunities and job position. Just everything. It's so incredibly strange how things in life line up.

I’m 29 and going back to college for my Associates in Accounting. I did my Bachelors in something I had no interest in because I was forced to go to a university right out of high school. Didn’t know what I wanted in life until now. And it’s the first time a decision has felt fully my own and I’m excited. Debt be damned.

Thank you for this video! I'm planning to go back to school in my late twenties as well. I really needed this reminder that I shouldn't be too hard on myself by making strict deadlines of when to accomplish things. Life is unpredictable and we just need to accept whatever comes our way. Also, I think you would make a great therapist! Your experience was very encouraging for me to keep going :)

    1. I loved the transparency in the entire video. 2.Interesting point you made. Some people aren't ready for college at a certain point. There's definitely things I've had to learn before attending college, loans I had to pay off as well. 3. Accepting that deadlines don't always need to be met is something I'm learning as well. 4. I believe you can finish your Master's degree and I hope you don't give up, whether you do it by 35 or 40. I agree that comparison is the reason we put time constraints on goals. Videos like this helped me go back to school, and I felt the need to give that energy back out by uploading my own journey to RUclips as well. I hope you check it out!

I am going to be starting college in spring of next year and I don’t know why but before I used to feel hopeless and without support even within my own self. But Even though I regret not making my way through college when I was younger partly I am glad that I’m making this decision now because I feel more stable and more able to handle things for myself. Growing up everything was handed to me so I think that was a contribution, but now as a 24 years old adult I feel more at peace with my own abilities to navigate this world.

I've never understood why people do their hair and makeup in the bathroom. It's usually awkward, steamy, and poorly lit, and it ties up the shared bathroom. I like the idea of having your makeup in a travel bag so you can take it elsewhere. You might want to consider adding an old-fashioned dressing table to your bedroom if you have the space.

You did good! I just went through my under sink cabinet last week. ✳️ Couple of thoughts. Store some of those small trash bags in the bottom of the trash can. When you pull out the trash - you’ll have bags right there to use. ✳️ Put the Cascade pods in the canister - loose - with the other pods. ✳️ I have trouble staying focused too. For routines - try creating a short checklist for morning and night. Think in terms of resetting your home for the day. (Bed made, bathroom tidy, dishes put away, laundry rebooted.) At night - another short routine - dishes washed, surfaces wiped clean, laundry folded & put away, a quick walk-thru to put things back in their place. In the afternoon - I have another little short routine in the afternoon: Move laundry to dryer. Strip the daily mail. Do a small declutter or cleaning project. Prep supper. It helps to have it written and to think about these routines as a daily reset, a next steps and a wrap-up. ✳️ I just trashed Goo-Gone, TarnX and Wax-Away. I never use them. I use olive oil to remove sticky stickers and labels. ✳️ I have a homemade bag holder hanging in my pantry. It’s a fabric tube - open at the top and the bottom - but with elastic in the bottom to keep the bags from falling out but I can still pull one out thru the bottom. There’s a handle attached at the top to hang it. ✳️ I keep a bath mat on top of our front loader washer & dryer. It keeps it from getting too dusty and cushions sound of storing anything on top of it,

Hi Ginger. You are a genius! Literally all of those tips were so helpful. The little trash bags one especially, I don't know why I didn't think of that! The one routine I actually stick to (because it is essential to survive being at home) is resetting my kitchen every night. Even if the rest of my home is a mess, this is what keeps me from drowning, and I know everything else can be reset in a relatively short time the next day, or even after my son goes to bed. I hope to eventually extend that reset habit to the rest of my house, like you said. I know I'll get there someday! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave that comment, it made my day!

My husband doesnt get it, he thinks I am loosing it when I rearrange and organzise just for fun :D I bought new containers for cereals, flour, sugar etc a few weeks ago and until today - everytime I open the drawer I am sooooo happy to see all of them looking so pretty together :D You did an amazing job at your pantry. Everything looks so so much better than before! The only thing I would consider to change is the hight of the shelves in the pantry, so you dont have to bend over so much. And in the free space you could store more supplies/stock. Have a nice, relaxing sunday :)

A woman Doc took her off. I had a hard time not following! She brought my daughter back with a cup of ice. I cant remember any words. Anyway I made a deal with her to stop thumb sucking for any toy she wanted! She picked a pink 2 wheeler bike with training wheels. She automatically stopped her sucking! I couldnt beleive how easy it was! I often wonder what the Doc. did or said to my daughter. that worried me! Anyway, NO MORE EARACHES or SCREECHY THROAT CLEARING! Also avoided teeth projection!
