I had the privilege of being a disc jockey for K-107 in Tulsa when this album came out. Our phones were lit up like a Christmas tree with requests for Separate Ways and Faithfully. This brings back the memories of how impactful this album was to so many.

this song got me through some tough times

I worked at Universal Records when this was released, and went to the single launch party. It was set up like a casino, with lookalike celebrities in attendance. I'll never forget a colleague who had had too much to drink, thinking that the real life Queen Elizabeth and Elton John were placing bets with him. Farrell was very sweet from what I remember. And very young!

Definitely the best cover of this song. Comparing it to the original doesn't make sense because the means of production are so different, it would be unfair. But these two have turned it into a gem. C'est sans aucun doute la meilleure reprise de cette chanson. La comparer à l'originale n'a pas de sens, car les moyens de production sont tellement différents que ce serait injuste.
