im new to film cameras, i have a AT-1 and ive been loving using it. I knew about the nikon F and i only just found out about the F3 with the WLVF, man im in love 😂 1/2000 shutter speed has me sold already too, the 1/1000 limit on the canon holds me back sometimes when i want to blur my backgrounds on a sunny day sometimes, i know i could just carry some nd filters but those are just more things id have to carry and i prefer to stay lightweight are there any other cameras you reccomend i check out? i like the exposure ajustment on this camera, at least it looks like it has one on the left side, ill also check you channel see if you have a full review of the features on this

The 40mm pancake is great. I loved using it on my Canon T3i. tbh, I've bought lots of gear, and the only photos I've printed and kept are either film or that Canon T3i. Your choice of M6 is solid.

can you use the light meter with this waist level view finder ?

a friend of mine I helped move some stuff for outta storage just gave me this hilt and it lights up but there were no blades for it. Do you know where I could get blades for it. It also doens't make make any sounds but someone told me it wouldn't unless it had blades.

This camerea seems unattractive until you own one and try to upgrade from it. Almost every Sony APSC camera uses the same 10 year old sensor. The hyped alternatives with E mount either have the same sensor, don't have a viewfinder or are waaay more expensive. When it comes to stills the simplest upgrade is A6100, because it has better AF and 4k. The most definitive overall upgrade seems to be A6700, with newer sensor and prosumer video features and all the bells and whistles that new Sonys have.It's mostly video features though... After that? A7III and super expensive lenses. For video you're better off with a Canon with Crop Mood installed and 4k RAW, open gate anamorphic, and all that for the same price as A6000 which doesn't even do 1080p properly. BTW the flash on A6000 is fantastic. It's actually perfectly good for macro (with some origami skills).

Porsche, the greatest automotive manufacturer of all time. Change my mind.... You cant.😊 There is no car that is better in every way and checks so many boxes and does so many things well and most importantly does it reliably. Other cars can compete with it but they break down constantly and are super unreliable because they just don't have the mechanical Wizardry that the Porsche Engineers have. And not to mention all of the super cars are chasing after Porsche only using a flat 6 with 3.5 to 4.0 L meanwhile its competition needs to use like 6.0 to 7.2L V8s or V12s jjst to keep up with Porsche and their 4.0 flat 6. If there was a competition between all of the manufacturers to just make the best damn thing they could make no holding back... im putting all my chips on Porsche

Just remember shutter count, you may just have to replace the shutter. It could happen now, in a year, or a while. Your new to you used camera may have already had the shutter replaced. I hear for sony's you usually have to send it to sony in America, some repair shops won't do it for sony, but that is what I've heard. I was watching so many videos on "Sony a6000 in 2024" etc. Not a single content creator mentioned shutter count. I went out and bought the Sony a6000, the physical condition looked pretty mint, but after 20 shutter releases, the screen showed "camera error: turn off camera then back on" but really you have to take out the battery for the error screen to go away. Anyways, I got my money back thankfully. I came from a Canon apsc dslr. Did not know or even think that shutter count is a thing or a wear and tear thing. For the amount that the new shutter and labor, I would might as well just got a brand new camera. I payed 500usd for the body and kit lens. Then plus new shutter. I could get an a6700 for a few hundred more.. Keh, nor mbp show shutter count in the description, or specs. So be cautious of shutter count and issues when taking the used camera route. I'll buy used electronic lenses all day, but I'd think twice about a used camera body now.

Yea this is kinda fujis fault not major retailers. Retailers are only getting 1-3 x100 vi at a time when they get shipped to them. And those shipments are very few and far in between
