I'm wondering if some of these babies are even theirs. They could be using other people's children who they work with. I never give money to the homeless, but I will feed them if I feel they are really homeless. Sometimes they will refuse the food and say they need the money more and that's when I leave because nine times out of ten their scammers. I will also talk with them and can pretty much tell if they are really in need. These children should not have to suffer because of their mother's greed. Deport them.
