Hope you’re feeling better, my lovely and well done for churning out a video when you’re feeling so run-down. I try and avoid pills, I’m much more of a home remedy person, but will pop one if really needed. We used to have a real tree when we were kids and all I remember is getting pine needles stuck in my socks 💜

Another lovely video! I have a love hate relationship with winter and autumn, your so right about the days being shorter and feeling like there’s no time for anything, but I love hot chocolates and big fluffy blankets 🙊😂

The Primark activewear is really good and I also shop in the men’s section for certain bits.. autumn is my favourite season, but winter - no thank you.. I always see those gingerbread house making kits but never made one, or gingerbread men for that matter.. 💜

I got fit at home. I got the skipping rope with weights at the end instead of a rope. Resistance bands and a few dumbbells. You don't need much more. Free RUclips videos are great. Like I'm not looking to get ripped I dont have the time 😂
