I agree. The website is poorly designed. Because of non-sensical redundancies and broken links it deprives you of a sense of competence and professionalism. I am watching videos now to determine how to access the remote battery and how to tell if the remote is working even if the diffuser is working. Oh, I download the directions for all my devices. They are, also, inadequate when you can find them and not comprehensive or I wouldn’t be here. Jb

Yea silver box is silver... mines hissiing and making all sorts of unhappy noises... and THE REMOTE DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! I bought Smoke on the Water scent and it smells like Obsession cologne... not super impressed with anything here... only good thing is the looks of the device and that it works...(lowkey I have a $19.99 diffuser I bought works just as good if not better with NO NOISE and uses ALL diffuser oils.) TBH I feel like they refurbish these devices or they send out returned devices as new devices... there's just no way that they can send out crap like this with the price they charge.

I’m going through iffy customer service now with Telfar. My package was stolen and it’s already been reported with UPS because of their mess up. My building wasn’t secure and they left the package and refused to go back and retrieve it the same day it was delivered. At this point I have to contact Telfar and explain the issue. Long story short, Telfar delayed responding to my emails. No problem, perhaps there was a back log in complaints. However, the frustration begins when someone from Telfar finally responds to my emails as if they never read what my email said. My emailed explained my package was delivered but I never received it therefore it was stolen. UPS produced a photo showing proof of delivery. The customer service representative rom Telfar at this point makes our communication hostile by telling me that an investigation needed to be performed when quite frankly, in my eyes the investigation had already been performed when I spoke with a supervisor from UPS who confirmed delivery and that I needed to contact Telfar for recourse. The bottom line is UPS was not taking accountability for the disappearance of my package therefore I needed to be sent a new one by Telfar. I paid for a bag I didn’t receive. Telfar after several days of silence sends me an affidavit via email to complete to further the investigation, mind you I was told that they needed to wait 7-10 days to file a complaint now it will take 7-14 days to essentially confirm what you already know. Any other company would have simply contacted UPS verified I filed a complaint with UPS and sent me out another bag. This is too much. This is what I get for trying to support black business because I have always felt like black businesses have this attitude as if they are doing you a favor by selling to you. Any other company would have essentially just sent me another item and write the item off as a loss on their end being as though they are insured. The fact that I’m going though all this with Telfar is absurd. I had never filed a complaint of not receiving an item with them before and I have bought a few bags from them in the past. I’m so annoyed that I legit was going to expedite creating a channel just to make a review. It’s sad because I’m noticing that in order for you to get proper service you have to be an influencer and have a public platform it appears. If I were a RUclipsr they would have already resolve the issue. I ordered two bags around the same time. I received a different bag that came chipped on two of the straps and dirty. It’s very much so giving these black business don’t have any respect for their customers because sending a customer an item that isn’t presentable is defective is crazy. I’m sorry but this support black businesses thing isn’t working for me. It’s definitely true that you get what you pay for and it’s to the point I’d rather stick with dropping over 1k on a higher end bag where I’m treated better as a customer. Atleast with racist companies they are straight forward their sales reps will either not sell to you and you can keep your money or they will sell to you and give you good customer service. I’ve always felt like this and Telfar is the first fashion black owned business that I tried to support but this is straight up unprofessional and ghetto because the brand make too much money to be this hard pressed on making me wait all this time to replace my bag. They know damn well the bag was stolen they need to just give me my bag and let themselves, UPS and insurance hash it out on how Telfar will be made whole because how I’m being handled and this process is unprofessional and GHETTO. I bet they not even going to give me nothing free to make up for this crappy experience. I will back to giving my money to the “others” because this is a fail for the supporting black business. Even other black owned businesses I’ve tried to support they seem to never be in stock on anything. They basically operate like the create a business as a money grab for quick wealth. I don’t think they really expect to actually stick around.

I half expected this to be one those financial sleight of hands videos where money is moved around, but doesn't really reduce overall debt by much. Yours was ancient knowledge, not known to many about reducing debt. Great job. One tidbit to be shared regarding debt reduction: When you make your extra payments, be sure to have the money paid to principal (actual money owed), vs having it prepaying interest. It will bring down the debt faster.

I watched the video it sounds like something is missing such as you can hustle hard for a short term to pay off money you didn’t have. Probably better to hustle up the money first then buy car straight out. Continue to hustle and invest that same amount of money you hustled for.

I’m not happy at all either! Because if all the hype about it, I first bought the Vangogh360 diffuser because the rep told me it was the one I needed for my 1500 condo. Very disappointed as it barely diffused 400 sft around when it supposed to diffuse 1800 sft. Not to mention that i paid 36 month oil supply in one payment (call me stupid but it was supposed to be so great). It took so many calls (no one answers) and emails before i could schedule a call with the support team. They took the big machine back and sent me 3 mini360. One month later, I had to return one, didn’t work. Not even 6 months later, I have now only 1 working out of 3, and the one that is working, the remote is not working (with new battery). I have a support call in few days). Oils are great but these diffusers are NOT WORTH the price! Such a waste of money.

Ok I figured out why yours didn’t come on. If you had not figured it yet. Twist it on (not the liquid) with a bit more force. You didn’t update if you got it to work or not.

I dont like the diffuser. The pipette is hard to put in place without seeing, and that diffuser just doesn't work. The oils are pretty good. Also the pipette should not be bent.

Take off the end cap from the tube, that’s not a replacement nozzle it’s the one you put on during set up. I did the same thing and was bummed out until I realized.

I use the oils in another diffuser. I did get the mini in silver and on sale. The oils are really nice, but enh for the diffuser.

So when I pay for my car payment do I just pay the extra in the one payment or pay the full payment for the moment and make another payment before due date ?
