We went on a 65 mile trip down the green river following installing these and so far everything has been great far as protecting the canoe. Where the guard curves up the bow and stern, it pulled away which doesn't effect its function but just doesn't look as good.

This is our first time here, the parking lot after you drive through Gothic is where we and everyone else appeared to park. There is a spot further up the FS road where the 401 ends you could also park that will save you a mile or so each way. It was a pretty challenging ride to the top and we had to walk our bikes up several sections, but was hands down one of my favorite rides so far.

We started out about 12 miles away and rode a total of 60 miles that day. There was a second loop we didn't have time to ride, and can't say how much that would have added.
