I do chill solo smooth jazz sax with backing tracks for cocktail hours, house birthday parties, wedding proposals, retirement homes etc. However, pole-mounting my 30lb QSC CP12s are getting tough on my aging lower back. If I bought a pair of these Thump Gos, would I be able to bluetooth in my iPad backing tracks, then have both speakers play the tracks with no cord connection between them? (It seems they can't do XLR output to a sub or another speaker if bluetooth is coming in). Would it be loud enough for these lower-volume gigs? Does using an AC power cord increase the volume? Is that how you charge the battery?

I'm sorry, but some of the things you said here were misleading. Moving lights (referring to newer LEDs since you are reviewing more current products) do not need to be moving as much as you are suggesting. This would be applicable to the old stuff - like before the most recent modern led technology. If newer product moving lights ever are going to be fire hazards when they aren't moving as much, then they need to be off the market / recalled. There's no way a reputable company of these things would want to allow such a liability of malfunctions like that in this day and age. My source - a reputable company of these products I called up regarding what this guy said.

Looking at these options as I have been trying out the newer Fog/sonic mister style low lying fog machines and sadly the effect doesn't stay low to the ground and end up filling the rooms with fog, not so great for first dance photos if you can't see anyone.

no reverb available in the headphones so if your singing you need it to record good stuff. this is weird unless i missed it but the manual doesnt seemto help you get the gate deesser and compressor alright though but i cant get my headaround no reverb in headphones mix
