Freitag Mittagspause - und zum Runterkommen gleich mal den neuesten Upload vom Andy reinziehen! Wieder eine dieser herrlichen Willie Nelson Nummern; bei ihm sind halt auch die späteren Werke zumeist sehr gelungen Songs, was man wirklich nicht von sehr vielen Musikern behaupten kann. Und Du hast (wie immer ;-) Recht: ein sehr positiver Song mit einigen überaus wundervollen Textstellen: "There is a train that races through the night, on rails of steel that reach the soul, fueled by fire as soft as candle light, but it warms the heart of a love grown cold" - muss einem auch erst mal einfallen, nicht? Ich mag sowieso die anspruchsvolleren Countrysongs der sogenannten "Storyteller" am allerliebsten. Deine Performance ist wieder ein echter "Hingucker" ("Hinhörer" gibt's ja glaub ich nicht wirklich, gell ;-) Hab's wieder total genossen, auf Deinem erstklassigen Channel auf Besuch zu sein, mein lieber Freund in Berlin! Ein herzliches Hallo nach Berlin! Das nenn' ich ja mal eine starke Botschaft, lieber Andy! Tatsächlich kann einem angst und bang werden, wenn man die vielen Hass-Äußerungen und Anfeindungen (v.a. natürlich im Social Media Bereich) so mitbekommt. Irgendwie scheinen viele vergessen zu haben, dass wir alle aus einer Menschenfamilie stammen, auch wenn sich so mancher ganz und gar nicht danach verhält. Da tut so ein wohlklingender Countrysong mit einer Liebesbotschaft halt so richtig gut. Ein herzliches Hallo zurück nach Österreich! Ich freue mich sehr, dass Dir der Song zusagt - ist ja mal ein wenig anders. Wenn man einen Waylon Song singt, denkt man halt, man kann ihn nie so singen wie Waylon selbst, der hat so eine schöne tiefe, wohlklingende Stimmt. Daher muss man ihn einfach in seinen eigenen Stil umwandeln, ich glaube, das ist mir ganz gut gelungen. Vielen lieben Dank für den motivierenden Kommentar, und ich bin gespannt, was von Dir so demnächst kommt, "theoretisch" sollte der Sommer ja bald vorbei sein (hier in Berlin haben wir die ganze nächste Woche noch hohe Temperaturen...).
