Reshade?

Thank you for this. Just really started in DCS ( about 1 year now ) coming from MSFS FSX , MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024 etc etc. I was well aware of ReShade and there are many MSFS simmers who use reShade in that simulator. Also many use the new Nvidia app filter settings. But I find the FPS drop to be a problem with the Nvidia app so I dont go down that route. However Reshade in DCS is excellent. Just installed today. makes a big, big difference !!. just taking away the washed out colours in default DCS. I installed reShade to DCS MT. No real FPs hit so far. I also watched the video from "Bogey Dope" so a big shout out to him for his good work. Many thanks for this tutorial and making the setup straight forward. I will experiment with some of the effects but the ones you choose are very good, so will probably stick with those. Much appreciated.

Nice, a looong time ago I used to have Dragon Dictate setup to handle wingman comms in Jane's F/A-18. Voice recognition should have come a long way since 2002-ish.

How do you have this graphic settings ?

right click on the game in steam, manage, browse local files. then config then view. may not work on linux if you're not using the steam version, but should work on windows fine.

the file I am getting on the download is a .rar not a zipped folder, do i still put that in the mods folder under aircraft?

P78-1, was destroyed, but it looked nothing like the satellite shown in the video. I helped plan the mission and followed the orbital elements of resulting debris for several years. It's an easy search to find what it actually looked like. The news report videos on the day of the intercept were no better. Their animations looked more like a .22 shooting a soup can - through and through leaving just a hole in the satellite instead of it breaking into over 300 trackable fragments.

How to control?

Warning. For whatever reason. I installed it, and it broke DCS. Just backup your game install folder and your saved games DCS folder before you try it. If it breaks, just overwrite both folders again with your backups. Should be back up w everything. Just a warning to back up before you make changes with it.

i tried this and it seem to be working fine but then glitched on me! i dont know why ??? my game was working fine but then started stuttering etc... I unstalled it and all was fine and working again

Is M92 ground personnel not available since this mod has become part of DCS officialy? I can not find them anywhere.

If you turn on ecm jammer, amraam will seek you in HOJ mode and your RWR won't go work. So I don't recommend turning on ECM.

does it lower the performance?

Doesnt work for me, doesnt show anything up the top to say its installed and to press home.

Playing VR I get all kinds of issues with gamma, especially in the F4. I have to crank it up to read some gauges and turn it down so the outside is not too bright and washed out. Turn it up to almost maximum for night missions and way down for daytime clear skies. It is an issue for all aicraft but somehow its worse for the F4. Any tips on this would be nice.
