My experience replacing a door handle on my Avalon

It catastrophically failed, so I conducted an autopsy.

I hooked up the new dryer. Not much to it.

This is what it looks like.

The pivot points on each side of the chair snapped and I drilled out the old welded in rivets and replaced them with bolts, spacers and washers.

You learn more from your mistakes than your successes. I either forgot to tighten a hose clamp or didn't tighten it enough. Lost most of my coolant. All's well that ends well, so they say, so more an embarrassment than a disaster.

Pretty straight-forward installation. Easy DYI. I did it on the street in front of my house.

Always buy used from a reputable company. Adorama sent me this flash that doesn't work. I am 100% sure I will get a refund because I have done business with them in the past. I am just documenting the problem with this video, in case the want details on my return.
