I made this short video to show how the 2017 front-wheel-drive Mazda 6 GT performs in the snow and ice. The conditions in this case were a mix of ice and snow that was frozen pretty solid. I used an incline to see how much the car could take. Have a look and enjoy.

I take a 2019 Ford Edge SEL on the road during a snow storm so that you can see how it performs. The Edge is a 2019, SEL AWD with the 2.0l turbo Ecoboost engine. It has Dunlop 18in all weather tires. I was amazed that this biker did not get hit as he navigated across three lanes of NYC traffic. Notice the car at the very end must have been blind to him yet, somehow he made it through.

While driving to Annapolis on HWY 50, got passed by two super fast bikers. I estimate they were traveling over 100mph (160kmph). Will leave you to judge.

Ford makes one of the best AWD systems out there, I have had it on my 2017 Escape and now my Edge SEL, I would recommend it to anyone. We just had a 16" snow fall here in MN and my Escape was pushing snow with the front bumper, I never slipped or slide on any road I drove on.
Interested to see what it's like compared to my 10 year old outback that I traded in on my new Edge.
I'm thinking of getting a 6cyl Edge in place of my Crosstrek that seems to be dying at 100k/mi...😒

Great review, I just bought a 17 Mazda 6 gt that is white as well. I picked it up today and it sure is a nice car. I read about the racing beat exhaust you added and I ordered it as well, has great reviews. Luckily my car came with the android auto and car play added along with the Nav sd card and mazda heavy duty floor and trunk mats. Such a nice looking car! Thanks for sharing!
@@cleverrides2658 I sure will, ordered it yesterday so should be soon. The white mica has a nice sparkle to it. The 2018's don't look as nice without the fog lights and the different grill. I don't care for the 18's wheels either, the 17' rims look much nicer in my opinion. It really is a luxurious looking car both in and out!
