I got my order but they are all in white packaging I specifically choose the lunar packaging dior didnt include my red envelopes and alot of freebies is missing inreally dont understand why are they doing this. I this point i give up...i will return this order and im done with dior.
Same here I ordered day before Laura did because the envelopes were back in stock and all I got was the jewelry case and the white box with red ribbon. Also it didn't even say it shipped yet they had the email labeled as my other order has shipped but this showed up. I ordered the cotton pads so maybe if I woulda ordered only small things I woulda gotten the lunar box. Wth?

@ i called and they said it was cancelled coz its while supply last they gave me a new coupon code but it didnt work such a waste of time calling and they made me wait so long and the call got cut so i call again..still the coupon code didnt worked🤦🏻♀️
Same here! No red envelopes and no red lunar box. So disappointed how they don’t have enough. I also got a code from CS bcuz I complained too. Not been happy w/ Dior for awhile.

I just received my order but haven’t opened it yet. Don’t think I had an order large enough to get anything but several samples. I ordered the foundation stick to try out and one of the new quad eye shadows. Love the fragrance that you ordered. So beautiful and perfect size for any purse.

When did you place your order cuz i placed mine early friday morning and still not shipped. So im worried and what i thought was the email saying it shipped they actually just resent me a shipped notice for the order i made before the lunar one. 😧
@@DeeDee-hq3uf I placed my order on Saturday and paid for overnight delivery. It shipped Monday and I got it yesterday (Tuesday). I did get an email saying it was delayed and would arrive Wednesday, but then it turned up like an hour later.
@@LauraPossecontacted them found out their warehouse doesn't work on weekends. 😳 I don't know if I'm gonna get everything in my order now. 😔
