I have a question and this may sound crazy. I’m almost 80 and I am so hungry for something my former mother-in-law used to make when I was in my mid 20s. I thought it was green chili sauce and she said no it’s chili. She had grilled the green chilies as she did for the sauces, green and red. peeled them and then she made chili. She put fried pork steak diced it and put in the green sauce. I have been looking for anyone who can tell me what peppers she used how it’s made. Anyway, you can help me? She got up at daylight to make her own tortillas as you’re doing now and her chilies whether it was sauce or chili lol Thank you for any help you can give me. And other people may want to know also, I will be looking for more recipes from you and your daughter and thanks for all of your hard work and wonderful recipes
