Replacing the actuator in my 2008 Chevy Impala
Love your video I just got one from the government and 70,000. It’s 08 with a 3.9 engine. I can’t wait to start driving. It’s got a whole leak in the front. I think it’s a cool line other than that I should be driving it next month.
I have an 08 Impala LTZ 3.9 L 188,000 MI. Solid black black tint on the back, it runs really smooth. This is my third Impala in the last 17 years. You're absolutely right about the trunk it's huge call my good review I liked it
I have a 2011 hhr panel and it is fine. I have used it for an everyday vehicle while my other car was in the shop. It is very dependable. I think it is mostly the earlier models like the 06 and 07 that had the most problems. I am currently looking for a 2011 regular hhr.

Thanks, I am having a beast of a problem getting the bolt out of the front linkage. I will give it the channel locks.
I love that younger generation is learning about older cars and trucks and actually working on them. It makes me hopeful for the future.
I had a V6 71 Dodge Coronet. The freeze plugs pooped out during the the great "Cold Sunday" of January 1982. Had to sell the vehicle as junk after would not start up. I think the timing was way off.
I love the hhrs.
Nice Impala. I’ve got a 2011
I have a 2011 HHR LT and drive on the highway. It is a good car for local and highway driving. My drive on the highway are 5 to 6 hour trips and speeds between 65 and 75 MPH. Love this little basic car. It gets the job done and if they were still produced , I would buy another one.
Found a 2011 hhr lt sport wagon 4d with 76k mileage a couple of hours from me at a reasonable price, worth looking into it or not
Yes @@bamban_garcia5562
We have a 2011 HHR LT with 130,000 miles on it. I love its styling, space, etc... Had it for 9 years.. Interior door handles are a problem. Never close the door with the door handle. Always use the arm rest and you will be okay. As for highway driving, it does really well, cruises smoothly at 70... and we get 29 MPG. I highly recommend it for interstate travel, not just for city or town driving... A fun useful car to have...
Thanks,I have a 2010 and I love it,good cars.
You don't have to do any of that!! just remove rad hose and filter box and then remove the 4 bolts on shroud all you need is a shallow swivel 10 mm . I just did it today!
That totally helped me Good job
Shit. The switch in my '86 is going south. This looks like a PITA. Good video though.
I have a 93 Suburban K1500. Wouldn't start. No spark. Did coil, nothing. Did ignition module, nothing. Made sure coil has good ground and even added ground wire, nothing. ECM was replaced a year ago so I was Pretty sure not it. I ended up replacing distributor. For cost, it made more sense since if I did pickup coil that the distributor would have to come out anyway. Started right up. Pain in the @ss......lol.
you are missing the manual fan with clutch, i have seen several videos that people are working on the jeep and they have no fan with a clutch, why are people missing them fans? the blades are the most expensive part ,you need that fan, it screws onto the front of the water pump.
Any update?
6:10 second impala spawns in
I'm getting an HHR in the next month or so. I love them and I can't wait - and yes, it's based on the 1949 Suburban. Great video :-)
Bro this video is only 3 years old what kind of camera where you using must be something from the '40s your grandpa left you
You guys did great idgaf. You HAD THE MANUAL!! Most guys don’t use that hah. Y’all are good o subscribed
Hi neighbor! I live in Arkansas. Thinking of getting me an Impala for the reliability alone.
Thank you, for your information
Cool video. Hope to see some more contnet
Really like my 09 SS but you need to do work on it, new trans at 92,000, water pump thermostat 113,000 now did radiator at 121,000. brakes of course and plugs and wires at 121,000 too. Drives great on open roads , fast.
I love it!
I wish they had arm rests
Is that antifreeze coming out of the drain valve that's located on the right-side bottom when you're under the car? there should be a hose connected to that drain valve. Those electric fans don't pull in enough air from the outside. A manual fan is the way to go😎👍. " Dorman 620-155 Engine Cooling Fan Blade Compatible with Select Ford / Mercury Models " and "Hayden Automotive 2794 Premium Fan Clutch" fits 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee... Both are found on Amazon... Word to those who have drained out the antifreeze and are refilling it. Jeep did NOT put a burp valve to release the air as you are filling it up on the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 liter, but the 4.7 liter does have it. If you don't remove all the air in the system you will overheat the engine. For the 4.0 owners just get yourself a Coolant funnel kit that is meant to burp the air out... Burping the air out can sometimes take up to 45min..
i would have sat the engine down & shortened my, chain?
you said you were pulling #1 but pulled #6
22k & just bought a 2008 impala ,so kool
The distributor module is a magnetic module that replace the points.
There are 2 fuseboxs 1 under hood near battery, other in cab.
Look under the roater there's a module replace it.
you should makes tik tok videos to expand
Where is the Coronet?
Fantastic review!!! Thank You for posting!!
Where you located in Missouri? I’m in St. Louis and I’m willing to pay for a carpet/seat swap
I wonder is he worried about it now
Was it ever hard putting it in first gear
Welcome back
You don't show how to change the brushing
exactly what i needed! works like new, thank you guys so much saving me time and money !
Start watching your video 1.01 seconds in you want to know if it's firing so you're going to pull the hose spark plug out why don't you just get a test light grounded and check it I can already see where this is going it's amazing but liberals and Generation X guys called this mechanic work I might watch a little more video but I know I can figure out what's wrong with his truck and a hot second, I did give you props at least you're trying how do I turn wrenches for a million years I'm 58 years old what Toyota Prius undercar technician GM under car technician ASE Master Tech big engine bus all the Asics Freon AC certified yeah I know my s***
Hey mikey, I have a 94 chevy cheyenne 2500 305 TBI with crank no start problem, new icm, new coil, still no spark from coil... any ideas ?
I have a 2011 Impala LS that I bought at 122k It’s at 149k now and I’ve already had to replace the passenger side blend door actuator, the oil pump seal, and the accelerator pedal (that one left me stranded on the side of the freeway.) But they were all really simple for me to replace, and took so little time. And no part costed me more than $30. Also the TPMS isn't working well but I'm going to see if i can just reset them and if not then oh well. Anyone can easily check the pressure manually. But now it has an exhaust leak somewhere and it's slowly leaking power steering fluid. GMs are so fun.. Other than all that it still drives smooth, has some nice Bose speakers, soft cushiony seats, and a very large trunk. So far I don't think I'll be getting rid of it any time soon.
So what was bad ? I see replace the coil and the cap
