This is awesome, what was it making power wise ? How long did the stock block last? Any tips too keep the stock block at a higher power level ?
You need arp rod bolts that is the weakest part on a stock bottom
What heads and how did you keep them unshrouded for a 4inch bore?
These block blow with hi compression so go bigger cc heads and domed piston for turbo save the wall

When someone refers to stock block, is that internals and what not or literally just the engine block itself? Curious on this build. Trying to move from. 25 years of imports to old American v8s.
Typically they referring to everything below the heads.
The motor was taken apart and rebuilt. However, the crank/rods/pistons they put back in are the same ones the car comes with, meaning stock bottom end. If an engine hasn't been opened up, it's considered a sealed motor. Two similar but different categories.
Stock Block means exactly what it sounds like, Engine Block is From the Factory. Engine Block ONLY Not the internals, (Crank,Rods,Pistons,etc.) That would be considered the Bottem End. If all the Internals are Aftermarket Race Stuff, BUT it's still inside the Factory Engine Block, Then Yes, that's still a Stock Block. Even tho Engine Block was machined for New Aftermarket Internal Parts, It's Still a Stock Block !!!

@@MrMelvinkennedy1 Everything Below the Heads is Called a Short Block, a Long Block would include Cylinder Heads. Stock Block means exactly what it means, Stock Engine Block.
