As someone who has never watched the One Piece anime (only the live action version), seeing this scene makes me regret why in the past 25 years I have never watched this anime or manga.

I wasn't really a fan of the idea of a One Piece live action... But this scene was well made. They're indeed Shanks, his crew, and Mihawk.
