I'm currently 15 hours in and have not seen an empires mode. Granted this is a Reboot of the series, we are still waiting on dw10. I will say this everything they got right in this game i will hope they'll carry over into dw10

They definitely fixed there issues and went back to there roots and improved a lot

I think that's kinda the downside for extraction games. I played quite a few like dark zone in division, the one in delta force, tarkov, even the cycle and I think it's the nature of these games honestly it's like a Grey area for sure 😅

@ When I found this out I went and watched it. Seems like a good world to make a game like this around. The characters in the game Alba and Ada show up in the anime but they aren’t the MCs.

Awe damn brother, extraction games are complicated and brutal due to stuff like this. I had a tough time very similar to this during day one playing tarkov I needed my buddies to explain to me the intricacies of these games. Keep me updated on how the game is going for you

Single player is not just the only thing they took away but I see the vision of what they are looking for. This is a complete reboot of the entire series. If I'm not mistaken rebooting from the very beginning of the series which would be DW2 when the DW became what it is today. DW2 didn't have coop available at the time on PS2. Now as the series carries forward with the reception this game is receiving we could see a lot of the other stuff come back over time

That is a great tip for sure! It helped me a bit but not really enough to warrant it as something great.

As a "super power" that takes like 3 mins to charge up or whatever, honestly having a weather field for 30s isnt worth it when you can buy shield charges for cheap.

Yeah I noticed player base was lacking hence how I found out about the word of mouth for advertising. Hopefully the team sees the video and see people feedback in the comments to help along the process

@ I never played tarkov but the division dark zone really pissed me off. I only played it a few times and just gave up after that.

Yeah DFO still is pretty good even today. I did make a video talking about it in 2024, Like early game felt dead but end game still had plenty of players

So i did play the demo and didnt notice any bows for weapons but i did see the main character use a bow in the trailer and i do think its mainly for a musou attack and not an official bow to be used for combat freely
