It's intriguing how our current reality often mirrors our internal thoughts and beliefs. As Peter suggests, the belief of "I am not enough" can be observed in our present circumstances. However, by using these triggers to explore and understand our inner self, we can address and shift our core beliefs. This inner transformation can then lead to changes in our external reality, as our new identity and perspectives start to shape how we interact with the world and influence our experiences.

Really sick of all the “ biggest doper biggest scam” uninformed comments. Tired old boring stuff. Lance did what everyone one was doing. He had the best lactate turning point vo2 max, work ethic and strongest mind of all his fellow dopers. He was hugely talented and if dope was removed from everyone he still would have won. He could do 7 watts per kg ftp. No one else could at the time even with EPO. If no one doped he would have still won. All the critics just read what other critics write and regurgitate it with zero insight into what pro cycling takes. I agree he did some nasty things and was a bully. He knows that and I think he regrets that but not the doping. I admire how he has turned his life around. I sense he is a way better person than when he was young and has learned from his mistakes as many of us have done! Not sure why his yellow jerseys were rescinded and the biggest doper of all time Indurain’s were not?

Is everyone just miserable and needs guidance from randos on the internet? Because I’m vibing, life is suffering life is pain. Once you get past that, it’s all gravy the good comes with the bad and at the end of the day you’re human, you’re alive getting to experience the one life you have so always look on the bright side of every situation. Yes that door shut, but a few windows also just opened. You just have to learn to look out them.
