This design was a great idea. Haz-mat trucks have been growing in size & OAL. This lowers the CG & allows for much greater maneuverability. I'd like to see more depts with traffic & roadway size issues adopt this design for their heavy rescues too.

That is one unique looking hazmat tiller. LA county Fire Dept has a Tractor Drawn Hazmat but its not a tiller they also have a Tractor Drawn USAR Non tiller. I know that the city of Orange California used to have a Tractor Drawn Heavy Rescue with a Tiller but instead of it having an Aerial Ladder it Actually had a boom it was quite interesting as well.
