@@clownzify1579 Well, sadly, tried redownloading the drivers, didn't work... Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, didn't work... With a computer restart between each step also to "validate" the said step... Welp, too bad! I'll buy a splitter I guess, but for now, time to replug the old headset and use its mic whilst using the new one for the headphones xD Thanks a lot though for your video, I know it's only my case that is special and that it should be working in "normal conditions", and I know you helped plenty of people, and one of those could have been me too but hey, it is what it is, so yeah, thanks anyway! And also thanks for answering so fast with the driver tips Have a good evening/day ! o/
@@PunkPried no problem, and yea I assume some people dont have those settings and thats unfortunate because it would help a lot but if you need a splitter I have a couple good ones I can recommend

@@PunkPried i used the ones from amazon called CANFON 3.5 dual splitter its pretty good quality and used it for 2 years

my realtek audio console looks very different i cant find your settings No matter what i do i dont get that option for a headset with a mic
cant get that option anymore realtek is ass you have to get the dongle splitter

@@dr.dhanrajsoyal2884 it’s because my pc didn’t have two headphone ports so I bought this thing where it converts the mic wire and the headphones wire into one and then it worked

My pc isn’t letting me download realtek audio console When I try it just says error. I tried with another audio like app but it said the same thing. Then I tried with roblox and it instantly started downloading

Just try it ur self
doesnt work on a desktop pc which has two 3.5 mm ports, one for headset/output and one for microphone/input.
Go into the advanced audio settings and make sure both the input and output are enabled

Did you plug your headset into the audio jack or by usb?
This wouldn't be a problem because when I bought my headset I planned on using it for my Xbox so i tossed the splitter cable that it came with but now I sold my Xbox and bought a pc for college and I can't use the microphone that it came with.

It’s not loading
so my mic is only picking up the in game noise not my own voice as audio.
Check the in game settings as well
