Thanks for the non-actionable steps. Such hollow advice. Pointing out the obvious is not motivation. Give people methods of enjoying the moment instead of just telling them to do so.
Thank you, this is a great reminder for me! I struggle with symptoms of CPTSD and find that i can become easily emotionally disregulated and have a hard time bringing myself back to center. Breath work and a quick mid day meditation may be just what the situation calls for.❤

Considering the video, and considering the above, let's say the truest version of a person is a pedophile, murderer, rapist, woman beater ect. Is that ok then? I dont think so, we live in communities, we need values and we need to have qualities that would be likeable or loveable. We need to contribute to society, humanity and the ones around us.
