This has helped me so much. I use it to sleep every single night. I have CPTSD, autism, and chronic general anxiety and NOTHING grounds me like this white noise. I’m so so grateful I found this video. If anyone wants to know, I lay on the floor or in one of my nesting spots and repeat this to myself “it’s just anxiety. It can’t hurt me. It will pass. I will be okay.” I hope anyone who needs this like I do can find their own mantra ❤

idk if i have autism or anything but when i pause this suddenly i can hear electricity so much louder than usual. electricity sound is too sharp for my ears :(((( i thought i stopped hearing them. now i'm super annoyed

It's interesting to see how many people found this relaxing and the descriptions of how it relaxes them I seem to understand. For some reason, however, I find the noise unsettling and almost uncanny. Does anyone else relate?

help, im not diagnosed or anything like that, but i was at the mall, and i got my period, and so my stomach was hurting and i felt dizzy (which i started to panic) and malls give me anxiety, and i was on the verge of having an anxiety attack, so i put this on and instant relief and a calming sensation like what 😭

I started to cry at the 5 minute one about feeling FREE and in FLOW when stimming, but then the severe rejection/betrayal feeling of realizing it isn't safe, accepted, etc to be doing 'weird' things.... and then it was time to bang out some dinosaur music on pots, and I was smiling and laughing. Jurassic Park bitches. ty for that. <3 be free!

6:24. Never mind misogyny, I have been intimidating often mainly to people who are easily intimidated like younger women FOR YEARS like since I was 17. And it's because of being so extremely serious and straight faced and direct in EVERYTHING I do. I think some of it is they can't understand my facial expression too, and because young women are more sensitive in reading them, they're confused then kinda scared of them.

This almost reminds me of a hotel. Like when the AC is on. I remember being in a hotel room with my parents when we had just enough to afford a couple nights and this is the sound I would hear just before falling asleep
