i tried mixing acid and jets at the back of my craft and i tried making tubes full of acid and jets sometimes it works and shoots the acid all over the place but sometimes it does not work its a bit weird

on the topic of acid, did you know you can actually direct it to go where you want to? just put some cells around it and don't block it in, it'll go in the direction of the open sides

i have been having a lot of fun with using jet cells to spray acid really far. just needs some counter propulsion to manage recoil and you have a strong boss killer

Acid has more distance when you put in more electricity (I use health overcharging with health monors) AND you have the acid cell either fully surrounded except for one space, so it shoots out. If you do both, you can get some real distance.

with electricity you can do a set up like ◾🟣 ⚪🟤⚪ ⚪◾⚪ ⚪🟣⚪ ◾🔴 purple being the shockers brown being the capacitor white being any cell really and red being activators while black boxes being empy to just shape the emojis this causes the first shocker to charge the capacitor a lot inturn overcharging the second shocker

I’ve noticed the faster you spin the further you can sling acid I’ve been doing lots of spinning acid builds

Just saying, you've repeatedly said you don't want to use the "save build" feature but you literally make the same thing at the start of most runs

If you're gonna use acid with jets, have an acid cell on both sides of the jet and make sure they all 3 face the same direction for the best effect. Also if you get a combo cell, you can get the same cell twice. I fused two acid cells, and it actually produced double the acid, and is absurdly strong.

Hey Alias, just wanna say like many others I found you randomly through the algo with a shot of Primordialis straight to my veins. Your voice together with your smart gameplay kept me watching and I was absorbed into the process of making a build. Not even an hour after the first video I had it downloaded and began tinkering ever since - I have my favorite ways to start build and things I wanted to go for. Today, I finally got all the necessary cells and I made a summon build. It shoots nice and fat heat seeking missile babies which push against the enemy until they explode after a 3 second timer. I'm really proud and the build is really strong; I managed to make it pretty safe to not blow myself up :D

I discovered this game through you and is now in my collection of early access/demo roguelikes. I went to the steam page to wishlist it and I was surprised to see that there was only a free demo and that free demo was the entire game I’ve been watching. If I could I’d just give the creator at least ten bucks because I feel that is the bare minimum of his game deserves if not more. Also, as a suggestion for your videos, edit them a minimal amount, as roguelikes are hard to keep track with if you don’t how how someone got there. I’m saying this because in another one of your videos you said something about being split between a few well edited videos and a lot of minimal/not edited videos. Also the editing in your videos is really good, it feels like it’s just enough. Thanks for introducing me to fish building!

I really want to learn how a lot of these creatures work, like the testicle things, especially the explosive fish with the single testicle, or that launcher on the lava entrance boss, or even those red mouth guys with the missles, how do their mouths work? How do you make a hinge of cells?

1:03:17 FYI youtubes compression with dark colours makes thin dark things on dark backgrounds almost impossible to see. Recommend colouring your default darker parts next time to a lighter colour.
