I'm really glad your back!! I am glad you are taking care of yourself! If you need other reasonable decor and organizational things Mardel's is a good place as well! I teach secondary as well and I honestly prefer Temu, Shein and Amazon for the things my students like. Cheap and you get quite a bit of stuff!

Wish I had an affordable grocery store like the first one you showed. Lots of great deals there.

I really love Five Below as well. We moved west from FL and it has been a challenge finding typical stores. We have to drive an hour and a half to get to stores. Hoping there are good supplies for my classroom this year. Time for a refresher.

I don’t understand the USA high school system at all… I’m jealous of how amazing it is that you get a classroom to which students come, instead of having to go to the classrooms where the different groups are. It’s great that you have the freedom to decorate and organise and so on…. But on the other hand, the fact that you make the purchases and are in charge of actually having to go to get the desk and so on seems over complicated. In my country we don’t get a budget for preparing our classrooms or anything like that. We’re given like 5 different groups and we are supposed to go to their classrooms and there’s that. I share an office with other 8 people, where storage space is limited, and I have to print and laminate my material in another separate room!! The best I’ve been given is a 7 year old laptop lol. But it’s nice in its way!!

Oh I don’t know is just that standard answer you always get when asking anything, absolutely anything, in high school. I guess it’s the automatic response teachers get, just as parents must be getting “leave me alone” the whole day lol. In my case, I continuously repeat “in full sentences please” 😂😂

This has been my first year as a high school teacher/coach. I teach English IV to the senior class, and coach football and baseball. We have 1 month left and It's a bittersweet feeling. I am going to miss my first class so much, but i'm very excited to see where they end up in the next five years. My students are going to achieve greatness. I really enjoyed watching your video. By the way, how did your first year go, and how much do you miss your first class?

I’m living 20 minutes away from my parents house and I’m living near my high school that I’m teaching and I’m really excited 😄

I’m going back to college and I’m going to learn how to drive get my dream car and then get the Nintendo Switch oled and then I’m going to get the iPhone 13 and I’m going back to college to get my education for teaching and degree I’m teaching English and asl all year long and I’m so excited and I’m really excited I’m not changing my subject i love English because you can new languages and I’m really excited 😆
