Welcome to Bullitt Productions! We are car enthusiasts with the passion to share knowledge in creating and updating anything with a motor. This channel will mostly feature my 68 Mustang Fastback, but will feature others as well.
I personally have a 1968 Mustang Fastback that I have been building for the past 4 years. My car has gone through a major transformation that started as a Bullitt tribute car to a restomod / protouring car with all the modern updates to include a Gen 1 Coyote 5.0 motor with a 6 speed manual transmission, complete mustang II front suspension, and a 3 link rear suspension.
This channel will have tutorials, how to's, suggestion, and "first time" content with the goal of sharing knowledge in this addicting money pit of a hobby. If you like the content, please like and subscribe!

This video I show you how to use the calculator in the spreadsheet in the link below. This calculator estimates the final invoice price of purchasing a vehicle from Copart. May not be 100% accurate, but will be very close.

1968 Mustang Fastback Bullitt Restomod Build Reveal
Просмотров 5 тыс.4 года назад
I revealed my 1968 Mustang Fastback Bullitt Restomod Project that I have been working on for 5 years. I provide a little history with the car and why I upgraded pretty much everything. Some of the upgrades include 5.0 Coyote motor, TCI front suspension, TCI 3 link torque arm rear suspension, American Racing VN510 Wheels, and Willwood disc brakes.
Very nice does the car have a mini tub? Love the stance and wondering how you achieved that beautiful stance?
Thank you so much for your effort.
So I'm pay 24.3% on each car right
Very cool walk through
You wasted 2 minutes of my time
Is there a v6 that would work well for this kind of upgrade? Now that I am old am not impressed with an overpowered mustang. 60 years ago this would have been huge to me.
Excellent video, great idea n ingenuity brother
Them Fees Ridiculous.
members buyer fees! ouch this extremely high! whats the reason for it to being so high? also isn’t copart charging the seller for selling it on it’s platform?
41k for a coyote swap I did an LS swap on my c10 like 6years ago when you can get a junkyard engine with trans and harness for 800$ plus 1k for hp tunners and 500$ for a gasket set to reseal your engine puts you around 2,500$ for a swap of course if you do it yourself
Ace vid!! So Professional. A real thinking man's hot rodder.
Brooo this is the chart I need next to my laptop 🔥
Quick question does the doug's headers work on a 69 mustang with the aje k member??
Thank you my friend!!!!!
Did your car have the stock width.rear end ?
Nice build! What pedals and master cylinders did you use?
There may be a solution to not getting water nor snow in your engine bay with hood vents ,but not sure hence I am asking. There is something called rain guards for hood vents but I am not sure if they work nor if they also guard the air away
Dude such a real one for this
Thank you very much for this! I'm looking forward to my first CoPart purchase and you calculator is helping me better determine my final cost!
Audio mixed to quiet
Thank you for taking the time to build the spreadsheet. That is very helpful!
Why don’t you include body restorations? Rust dents paint etc?
Wats the measurement of the vent openings???
Sound needs uped to hear you
So do they registrar the vehicle for you if not why are you paying license and registration fees
Thank you for sharing your wisdom
Great video
Yes, I was absolutely Liked and Subscribed. You are the best. I want to say Thank you Thank you Thank you😃
Yeah, should know but having it at your fingertips for a quick calc during an auction is great. I compared it to some prior wins, and it is a really great tool...your disclaimer is good...not spot on but close enough. Thank you
I had to give you a thumbs down. Although your information (as it was) can be helpful, your overall presentation totally sucked. Learn to do a good video and stop rushing through them.
Thanks for sharing, although prices, cost, & fees have gone up at Copart, you show ruffly a 25% addition to cost plus your shipping and travel. 👍👍👍
Fak copart, hope they go kaboom bankrupt
Any new updates
All the fees here are so high if you buy here your just stupid.
You are the MAN!
You are a good man!
Great video & sheet! Thank you for sharing.
I ended up paying 2,900 for a 1,350 car
Is that shipping costs or? What's the breakdown?
@@lightworker303 Breakdown, shipping was 300 on top of the 2,900. It was like a 30 minute drive, the truck driver game me his info in case I needed him again he said he can tow it for 150
I don't have a dealers license so I had to pay a lot of extras be able to bid on the car etc.

Very confused, as you were.
nice tool , good idea and thanks for sharing. Now my question, your outer end or length of dowel is determine by where your wheel well outer lip correct? that would help in choosing what length dowel I presume. My 67 has a wider axle by 2 inch but it has widen steel flares by 1'' 1/4'', this will help me a lot in figuring what I can fit in the well. since this is an older post I may not get a response but hey, it's worth a try thanks.
Hi can you tell me were can i get this spreadsheet, this can be useful the next time i buy a car from Copart
No comment mate. you have done great job. Your excel sheet worth like and watch all your videos + would pay for it too. Thanks a milliohm.
Thanks but I can’t edit the spreadsheet?!
Nice car 😎 What brand and model wheels are those?
Great info. Thank you for sharing
Doesnt let me choose anything in the excel
auuuuuuudddddiooooooo audio checkkkkkkkkk
So just asking if I win a bid for 500 bucks is that what I pay plus fees
Hello ARob! This video is a God send. Appreciate your work for the spreadsheet and drop down menus for other parts that might be need! I have a classic 67 Mustang Gt S-code Coupe currently with a Ford 460 mild build engine. Was a full blown 8 sec race car (not this motor in it) so suspension brakes, exhaust, etc is good to go. Will have to cut the shock towers (should have done that already for the 460) and that should bring the $9600 down considerably. Was also thinking of a 7.3 Godzilla swap but that would be alot more. Thanks again for this awesome video. Cheers from Motown/Dearborn
So if the car is 2000 it would rlly be 2400
