The cores, glados, and all the scientists of aperture science and black mesa started working together. Wallace and coroline becomes friends and built a statue of cave johnson. The combine or xen creatures never invaded their planet and they did other things instead. Chell was released from aperture and no longer a test subject. Gordon is married to Collette green and have kids of their own. Arne magnuson left blapeture Mesa to start a new life. Alyx vance is now a goddaughter to gordon and collete and hangs out with them.
