The Fuller Kaz Band: Live at Capitol Theatre

The Fuller Kaz Band opening for Little Feat: September 22nd, 1978. The original video was taken down for some reason, but I had a copy laying around that I polished up, adjusted a bit of the volume levels, and did a tiny bit of pitch shifting. Enjoy!

Putting these words to gospel makes it sound like a funeral march

Yup Jackson this is a great song and Lowell helped you
Yas 😂😂
Oh man, what a band! Lowell has been so dearly missed for all of these 45 years, but I was fortunate to see him and Feats in 1977 at the Forum in L.A. Quite the tribute to the Fat Man in the Bathtub/Rock 'n' Roll Doctor! RIP, Lowell, Richie, Paul, and Nicolette,,,,
These women with wonderful voices looked fantastic with regular clothing on.they didn't have to show off they were just too good ❤❤❤❤ Peace
Thanks Jackson , Linda and the band and everyone involved
Do it Bonnie ❤
Love how the energy builds, Lowell holds the high note, then looks back at Richie and BOOM song over!
Nicolette thanks ❤❤
Best version. Is there a remastered version of this show??
Nicolette was such a sweetheart. She had the groove. Met her at a Neil Young concert backstage at Shoreline in 1991. I think she died a year or two later, so sad.
His voice ❤
Lowell the voice ❤😊
😅❤
Oh wow a live version of Got no shadow, Thanks,
Why was this track changed? 🤷🏼
Awesome
Oh Yeah !
Bill Payne Ladies and Gentlemen
Your old man was as good (better) as there ever was or likely to be...
Is it Lowell on lead vocals? I always thought it was Paul (on Walking All Night)
I aint NEVER made sense....EVER! ❄️🌎❄️😜👌❣️
😊❤
I saw him there at that show A week later he passed. Miss that voice
Everybody thinks Tina Turner wrote this song....lmao😂
Not everyone
Amazing
Great version!
For the first time in my life I see this guy! Iam familiar with his music for more then 40 years. Thanks very much!
Joni wrote this about David Crosby. I adore Bonnie's version...so wonderful that this recording exists!
Little feat !!! What a band !! And what a great tribute to Lowell George
I was TM and FOH on this tour. This show in particular, was one of the highlights of my career.
"It's so hard to come by that feeling of peace..."
Love the melody but don't care for the substance lyrics.
What type music is this? S.Rock???
Saw Little Feat with Lowell George four times. First at Paul's Mall in Boston in 75 or so. Had never heard of them before but turned out a friend was their "charlie" connection and he convinced me to go. The club held maybe 200 people and I was center front row. Lowell was maybe three feet from me. Back up singers were Bonnie Raitt, Melissa Manchester and Emmy Lou Harris and then of course the Tower of Power horn section. Stayed for both shows, got to talk briefly with the band between sets and found out they were going to be in Atlanta in a couple of weeks. The next day I went out and bought all their albums and planned a trip to Atlanta. Then a few months later they were back in Boston as the opening act for Dave Mason. Me and a friend snuck in, saw Little Feat open and left. Final time I saw them was in Hawaii at the UH Amphitheatre where I heard "Ass for Days" for the first time. Time passed, Lowell died, and a friend took me to see them in LA for my birthday. It wasn't the same and I left halfway through the show. Mind you, I've walked out on plenty of shows--Dylan, Prince and others when I felt they were not giving it there all. Nothing has ever come close to Little Feat live with Lowell George--they killed it every time. Best band ever.
Sing it again, and again, sonny my sweet sonny boy….
“Ass For Days” (unreleased song) written by Lowell George I seen my sweet little baby walkin’ down the street at me looking so fine, fine, fine That sweet woman walking down the street at me And I say to myself “How many ways, how many ways?" I seen my sweet little honey angel comin' down the street at me And I say to myself “How many ways?... how many ways?” Well she walked right up to me, took one look, said “beat it Jim” You know what it was? It was Ass for days... Play that guitar! I seen that little woman walkin’ down the street at me I say to myself “How many ways, How many ways?" That sweet little woman walkin’ down the street at me I say to myself “How many ways, how many ways?” I said "Hey baby", she said “Beat it Jim, You know what it was? It was Ass for days...
