I changed the stock handgrips for a set of Ergon GP2 grips on my Brompton C-Line explore (2023 model). They are the large size (or standard). I did not need to cut them down as some Brompton owners with older models have done, I just pushed the brakes in a little to create space. The bike has a third party rear carrier and folds just fine with the grips installed.

Comparing my folded Dahon Mu Uno 2012 (20 inch wheels) with my 2023 Brompton C-Line M6L (16 inch wheels). There is not much of a difference in weight but the more compact fold of the Brompton is certainly a little easier to carry than the Dahon. I always enjoyed using the Mu Uno but appreciate the gears on the Brompton.

Kite Aerial Photography over Heir Island, West Cork, Ireland in 2019. The camera is firing continuously as it rotates through 360 degrees. Pictures are then stitched together using software.
